Das Hilton liegt mitten im Herzen von Canterbury, alles ist direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, modern, mit tollem Bad, und nachts absolut ruhig. Perfekte Bettenhärte - habe selten so gut in einem Hotel geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist hier schon der gelungene Start in den Tag - alles dabei, inklusive Waffeln :) Was aber das Ganze zu etwas Besonderem macht, ist das Personal - herzlich, nett und immer ansprechbar, da fühlt man sich wirklich mehr als willkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

All members of the team were excellent and professional. Location was as good as it's possible to be.

One of the towels, although clean smelling, looked very dirty. The bed creaked every time either of us moved.

Shame about the fire alarm

Good location, comfort level fine for a very brief stay
Pros:

Breakfast was great; staff are kind; location is great; cleanliness of the room and linen were both great; room size was good

Cons:

Bed was sadly really uncomfortable, gave us back ache. The windows can’t be opened so the room gets so stuffy - we tried the AC for some airflow but dries you out whilst you sleep (not great for people who like to sleep with the windows open). The rooftop bar is closed off permanently so don’t expect to see it from the location photos
