Central, nice gym, helpful staff but couldn’t really effect any issue.

Cons:

Dreadful sofa bed for teenager, lots of springs and little comfort for a hotel whom provides a bed and board service - astounding.

Brilliant location to stay in Canterbury
Pros:

Comfortable and quiet room. Quality ingredients used for breakfast. All the staff from Irina and Ness on reception to a really friendly cleaner were helpful and kind. The team made for a really pleasant stay.

Everything is great the staff the location bed are comfy and room is good size.

Cons:

The bathroom is a bit dusty and there's a bit of unpleasant smell and the toiletries dispenser for shampoo condition and body wash are dirty.
