Staff were the huge bonus. Nothing was too much trouble. Always positive and helpful.
Pros:

Only 2 machines to make coffee time of which was off line several times. This is not unusual in hotels but for me the joy of breakfast is a good cup of coffee. That wasn't always available. Not the fault of the staff just wish hotels had a stand by system for when the machines fail.

Liked the bananas fresh fruit at breakfast a bonus. The staff were good, tables cleared and cleaned fast. Any request dealt with quickly. Great location. Room always clean and tidy.

Cons:

see above We coffee i would like the option of a small window that opens at night for fresh air rather than sitcom.

Great hotel

The only problem we had was the room 312
Had a buzzy noise like heating or air con was coming from the bathroom
Kept us up most of the night

Prima hotel, midden in het centrum.
Pros:

Airco, het was extreem warm toen wij er verbleven. Locatie is geweldig, midden in het centrum.

Cons:

De ramen kunnen niet open. Nu was het extreem warm toen wij er verbleven, als de airco aanstaat doe je geen airco aan, maar ik heb het niet als prettig ervaren dat er geen raam open kan. Misschien kwam het door de nadrukkelijk voelbare airco, het was koud in de ontbijtruimte terwijl het buiten extreem warm was, maar het ontbijt was oké maar een beetje plichtmatig.

Very central, very comfortable and I will definitely return.
Pros:

Everything was really good, location, breakfast, comfort and particularly the staff, they were all very helpful indeed.

Cons:

It was the cost of parking, it added another £50 for a two night stay. I understand it was. Not in the hotel’s control but think the parking company could’ve made more concessions to hotel guests.

One night in Canterbury with family
Pros:

The location was excellent, easy to get to the town. Great breakfast, although a bit chaotic at 8.30 am as there is no much space compared to max capacity.

Cons:

Bed mattresses, not very comfy I could feel the springs on my back :( please improve it
