Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Centrally located in the town center. Comfortable with AC which made sleeping easy in the hot summer. Wonderful breakfast buffet.

Lovely hotel in a very good location
Pros:

The hotel was clean bright and nice. Best part was the air con in the heat.

My only complain would be that they don’t offer water bottles in the bedroom specially in this heat

Parfait.
Pros:

Comfortable, propre, très bien placé, bon petit déjeuner. Tous mes critères d’exigence ont été remplis. L’hôtel a parfaitement répondu à mes attentes. Je donnerai une quatrième étoile.

Superb staff.

Cons:

Locat⁰ion was first class, once you got there, but it was difficult to get to by car. Not the hotels fault, but central Canterbury is not designed for cars.

Ontbijt kon uitgebreider, niet voldoende aangevuld, niet gereinigd op tijd, kevertje gevonden tussen de special K flakes...

Cons:

Eens checken hoe je een goed ontbijtbuffet organiseerd, bvb in Kopenhagen was mijn vorige reis 100 keer beter.

Nice but the breakfast was a disappointment
Pros:

Perfect location in the center of Canterbury. Parking close by.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good. Bake-off bread was hardly baked if there were any. Very limited choice of everything. It was messy and crowded. Fresh fruit was just melon.

Great place to spend a weekend.
Pros:

Excellent location. Close to the cathedral, shops, restaurants and bars. Roof top bar right next door (think it may have been affiliated with the hotel) with a great view of the surrounding area.
Excellent breakfast included.

Cons:

Had no complaints about anything.

Fire alarm went off during the night and evacuated but there was a lack of staff and information about being a false alarm and there was no notice of apology the following day

A very good hotel if no stories happened
Pros:

A very comfortable and nice hotel.

Cons:

2 stories not valued it as 10: 1)There was a midnight false fire alarm. A hotel guest said the same false alarm happened one day before. 2) The young man at reception didn’t give me the password for parking lot exit. Especially I confirmed with him twice about how to leave the parking lot. I had to come back to hotel again to get the password.
