Avevamo prenotato tre camere per un viaggio di famiglia. Mia sorella, con marito e bambino, é stata svegliata nel cuore della notte dall'allarme anti-incendio. Per fortuna era un falso allarme. Purtroppo lo staff non ha dato alcuna assistenza la notte e l'indomani matti la ragazza alla reception é stata sbrigativa e poco empatica. Ho scritto al direttore dell'hotel aspettandomi per lo meno un rimborso per il disturbo, invece solo parole di circostanza. Peccato, perché l'hotel é ottimo.

Excellent hotel. Martin at the reception was very friendly and kind. Room very nice, I liked the wide comfy bed. Breakfas was tasty. Location was great in the heart of the city.

The plus points are: two large 140 cm beds, a very good location essentially in the city center, and it's a maximum 10-minute walk from the train station. Everything was okay.

Great - very happy.

Very convenient location, good variety and choice of things to eat for breakfast. Lovely helpful staff. Super clean and comfortable room in beautiful condition - everything well maintained.

Cons:

The communal areas, although clean and well maintained, lack charm. I wouldn't be tempted, for example, to sit and have a drink in the bar area.
