Cons:

Bathroom lighting very poor. Chemical smell as you walk into the hotel. Sewage smell in bathroom and staff tried to ameliorate.

We stayed 2 evenings and then we wanted to stay another evening in the same room, no changes, so my husband went down to book another night. The lady on the desk said, I won't book you through Booking .com,whom we had booked through for our first 2 nights, We can give you a better price so my husband obviously listened and said ok go ahead Unfortunately he did not ask a cost just trusted the lady
Turned out when I saw the account we had been charged more than double for 1 night than we paid through Booking .com(yourselves )We did phone the Hotel after we got home,to query but they said that was the cost for that night aquite upsetting

De ligging, personeel erg vriendelijk. We hadden een badkamer waarbij het water niet weg liep. Probleem was snel verholpen.

Cons:

Het ontbijt vond ik tegenvallen ten op zichte van andere hotels waar we verbleven in Engeland. Het bed was erg hard. In de kamer waren geen assecoires aanwezig zoals bijvoorbeeld een klein verpakking voor een badmuts. Het voelde erg basic aan.

Wonderful location in a lovely town!
Pros:

Wonderful location in the middel of Canterbury, roomy bathroom, good breakfast, nice staff.

Cons:

We were rather last-minute in finding an accommodation so the three of us shared a room with double bed and sofa bed. This was rather on the small side so be aware.
