Will stay again if I need heart surgery
Pros:

Near the NM Heart Hospital where I had heart surgery. No free breakfast but a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge in the room. Friendly, helpful staff. Security for our vehicle was excellent and helpful.

Cons:

The hot rods on the streets drove around day and night with loud engines.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at the Hilton Garden Inn / Homewood Suites Albuquerque Downtown. Kari Bryan, the Director of Sales, is truly exceptional. From the very first interaction, Kari has been thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure our team’s stay is seamless every single time. You can tell she cares deeply about both the property and the people who stay there, and that makes all the difference.

Also deserving recognition are Karina and Jessica, who consistently go above and beyond to make our stays not just comfortable, but genuinely enjoyable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail make us feel welcomed and taken care of every time we walk through the doors. Small touches, friendly conversations, and a proactive approach to service add up to a truly outstanding experience.
