I liked the staff & location as well as the cleanliness
Everything was great and wonderful friendly staff clean rooms all of it I would definitely recommend staying here
Very clean facility, nice up to date building, The shower was absolutely amazing. And the little market in the lobby was very nice and convenient. We had to leave very early in the morning, so we didn't get to have breakfast. If I'm back in the area again, i will definitely stay again.
The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't have gotten a better rate for the few hours we stayed. We were literally only there 5 hours . We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast, or enjoy the room. Because we had to leave at 530am and didn't check in until after midnight. We arrived later than planned because of a road closure on our travel. So the price for a 5 hour stay could have been better.
Breakfast was good, room was clean and spacious, bathroom was big.
Pillows were not great, not very good water pressure in shower.
We booked a room here on the night of March 29. It was just my wife and I and our pet (VA service dog). I asked for a handicap room with no tub. I also asked for a 1st floor room. When we got there the clerk who seemed to have an attitude said the only handicap room was with a tub and on the 2nd floor. Why wasn't I told that at the time of the reservation? When we got to the room it had hard floors throughout (no carpeting at all). When I pulled the sheets back they had a stain on them (looked like some sort of bodily fluid). I ended up sleeping on top of the covers to avoid the stain. There were very little hook ups in the room for our devices. The water out of the bathroom faucet was like pencil thin. No vent in the bathroom so the floor got slick from the condensation. The next morning at checkout I told the lady at the desk about the issues and even showed her a picture of the stain! She said there was nothing she could do about it as the room was booked through expedia so I would have to call them for any compensation. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the hotel was fairly clean and had a bar and restaurant. I will be contacting Expedia. This is definitely a budget version of a Hilton hotel! For $180.17 definitely not worth it!
Clean for the most part, bar, breakfast, location all good.
There was a room across from me that had trash and soiled Lenin’s on the floor outside their door the whole time I was checked in!!
The breakfast and parking were good.
The facility was crowded. Non English speaking people.
The friendly and helpful staff.
N/A
Convenient
Clean
Easy to find
Too stark and industrial feeling
Breakfast- lackluster. Same thing both days.
Location is great. Hotel had lots of amenities.
The receptionist Amanda was incredibly rude and condescending. While checking in she asked me if I was staying in the tru part of the hotel or the Hilton section. I explained I didn’t know and that I was a Hilton rewards member. She then hands me my key and very smugly says thanks. I then asked her what my room number was and she says it’s wrote on paper I just handed you! I then simply asked how to get to the elevator and she glared at me and stated that she had already told me. When I try to express my concern to the other staff members I was just ignored. The water in the shower was never a constant temperature. It would get very hot and then very cold without touching the temperature regulator. There was several plungers sitting outside of rooms due to plumbing issues throughout.
Room was fine
