Location is not the best but we already arranged transportation. The room is large enough and clean.

The bed is smaller in size for 3 people (2 adult, 1 kid)
Language was a challenge as staff was not able to communicate in English. While laundry service is provided the device needs maintenance.
The room was spacious and there was a good variety for breakfast.
The air conditioning temperature in the room seemed to be centrally controlled which gave the option of the room being too hot and dry or being switched off when it actually did manage to switch off. There was not enough tables/seats at breakfast. For both days I had breakfast, I had to ask other people if I could share their table.
Bed was comfortable and good location.
Shower not clean, rooms very noisy - you can hear any noise from other guests in the hotel, enough to wake you up as soon as anyone else gets up and hear their phone vibrate whenever they get a message. People were smoking in the no-smoking area. Water bottles in the room had been sitting a long time and didn't taste good. For the price, I'd hoped for better but I guess they can charge what they like because of the location.
Breakfast experience is absolutely horrible! There are more dining guests than available seats, end up people have to stand and eat. Quality of food is poor and choice limited. Staff works hard but couldn’t help much when the facilities are simply inadequate.
Nearby hotel property has a steamboat restaurant which is good and opens till late. Hotel is clean. Bed is comfortable. Like the practicality of wooden floor instead of carpets.
The staff service is impeccable. Quinn helped me settle the concern that I got no time for breakfast via a breakfast box. This definitely ease my stress and allows me to eat more timely.
