Soggiorno SPORCO o SPORCO SOGGIORNO
Pros:

Nulla.

Cons:

- pavimento sporco (sotto il letto, in particolare, sporchissimo)
- ⁠macchinetta del caffè inutilizzabile
- ⁠copriletto del letto singolo sporco (è vero che non l’avremmo utilizzato, ma sicuramente ci avremmo appoggiato sopra le nostre cose)
- ⁠culla per la bambina inutilizzabile (il materasso era giallo ed EVIDENTEMENTE sporco, difatti non l’abbiamo mai utilizzata. Sfido chiunque a mettere il proprio bambino in quella culla)
- ⁠porta spugna lavapiatti sporco (la spugna è proprio quella cosa piena di germi e poco igienica dopo pochi utilizzi, quella appoggiata direttamente sul porta spugna sporco, mai utilizzata)
- ⁠porta spazzolini del bagno e porta sapone usurati (a mio parere potrebbero essere cambiati), oltre che il profumo inserito nella presa che potrebbe essere cambiato
- ⁠secchio e spazzolone evidentemente usurati e sporchi.
Alla prima lamentela riguardo al pavimento sporco mi è stato risposto che “sinceramente mai avuto una lamentela del genere”, pertanto non ho proseguito con tutto il resto.
Ci vorrebbe un po’ più di accortezze e chicche che potrebbero fare la differenza. Anche se, soltanto le cose pulite e una pulizia accurata avrebbe fatto la differenza.

Struttura pulita ,piccolina ideale per pochi giorni.
Host disponibile. Vicina a panetteria , pizzerie ecc

Purtroppo un po’ rumorosa di notte anche se in una strada secondaria. Mancanza di un poggiolo per poter ad esempio stendere i teli mare

Pros:

Appartamento super pulito , con tutto quello che serve. Fantastico! Il Signor Andrea persona gentilissima , abbiamo avuto un problema
e abbiamo dovuto lasciare l appartamento due giorni prima , ed è stato subito disponibile a farci recuperare più avanti o alla prossima stagione le due notti che non abbiamo potuto fare. Ancora Grazie .

La stanza era molto carina, forse un pochino piccola ma perfetta per una coppia e per stare lì pochi giorni!

Cons:

Purtroppo la strada è molto trafficata anche se sembra una via secondaria quindi, già al mattino ci sono rumori di macchine, forse consiglierei di cambiare gli infissi per migliorare questa cosa!

Pros:

La mia esperienza è stata positiva. L' appartamento era esattamente come nelle fotografie, tenuto bene e pulito. Il gestore è stato molto disponibile e cortese. Per una vacanza di qualche giorno va più che bene. Malgrado fosse a piano terra non abbiamo percepito rumori eccessivi. La posizione permette di arrivare sul lungomare velocemente. Abbiamo sempre parcheggiato di fronte alla struttura senza problemi.

Valutazione positiva, mi sono trovato bene ed Avola è baricentrica tra Siracusa, Noto e Ragusa.
Pros:

Vicinissima a panetteria, edicola, tabaccheria, pescheria e rosticceria. Un po' lontana dal mare e dal centro ma ottime possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura.

Cons:

Aggiungerei un tappetino per la doccia ed una mensola nel bagno, oltre a qualche prodotto per doccia in più.

Pros:

Communication with the owner was very good, he was interested in us, we communicated via WatsAPP. The apartment was nice, clean, well equipped. We were satisfied during the entire stay. Self check in and self check out went well. The apartment is located close to the historic center and 10 minutes by foot from the train station. The supermarket is also close, about 5 minutes by foot. Overall, I rate this apartment very positively

Cons:

The apartment is located at the intersection of a busy road, so you need to be prepared for more traffic during the day. It's a little further to the sea, about 20 minutes on foot. We were a little surprised by the sidewalks, or rather not even sidewalks but various obstacles on the sidewalks (parked motorcycles, garbage in bags or directly in garbage cans, since the collection of separated garbage works here according to a certain calendar). The sidewalks were in many cases very narrow and it was not possible to walk well with a stroller. This is not so much a negative assessment of the accommodation as it is of the city of Avola in general.

Nice place but noisy and not well located
Pros:

The place was nice, a lot of space and tall ceilings.

Cons:

Avola is not a nice place, if you have a car is well located, but if you don’t (like us), don’t go there
