For healthy young people stay
Pros:

The check in process was complicated with lock box and keys
The stairs were high for people who have large luggages and too old to go up the stairs
The keys and locks are old so you have move around the key a few times to open the door
once inside it is very spacious
kitchen and luving room. Very roomy and clean and very nice - the balcony is beautiful ! expect old town style with high ceiling and even chandelier 😀

check in time at 3pm was definitely not great and the luggage storage was so far from place we thought we ready been to place or the area already!!

also they did not give us check in jnformation until noon of the day of !

the best thing is the guys at storage place are so nice !!! given us great treatment and care for all our needs!!

AVOID AVOID! Breach of PRIVACY.
Pros:

AVOID AVOID! Never stay here. In fact this is NOT a hotel. It is a series of apartments in the Jafa area of Tel Aviv. There is NO RECEPTION and NO on-site staff.
This is all remote.

THE WORST PART IS THAT THE MANAGEMENT **BREACH ALL RULES OF PRIVACY**

The management has FOUR LOCATIONS.....Tel Aviv where the property is, Philippines - where the "virtual reception is", Florida where the company WhatsApp is based and Estonia where the call in number is based.

The establishment will ask you to take a photo of your credit card, passport and Israel immigration card and send it by Whatsapp to Florida. They will then have someone in Philippines review the data. Then someone in Estonia or Tel Aviv will allegedly share this information with the Tel Aviv Police.

It is correct that Israel-based hotels have to share the daily data with the local police. However, the data is meant to be collected at the hotel and never leave the country. This establishment SENDS YOUR PRIVATE DATA AROUND THE WORLD. This is very high risk for data attack crimes and privacy breaches.

Hotels.com itself advises not to share data over Whatsapp or web portals.

Be warned - it is not normal in Israel to send your passport and ID data over the internet. Reputable hotels in Israel collect your data at the reception (in the city you are staying), share the data with the local Police and then delete the data. No reputable hotel in Israel sends your data around the world.
