Good hotel
Pros:

Location close to metro station.

Cons:

In the beginning of our stay one of the staff members was not so helpfull (the other staff was). We stayed a couple of times at this hotel the room we got this time was a little outdate compared to the other stays we had. Small towels in bathroom

Recommend not staying here
Pros:

The communal area was quite nice.

Cons:

We had 2 rooms booked for 5 nights. Both of the rooms we got smelled of stale cigarettes and were not clean at all. We asked for different rooms or a refund the next day. The staff member that day was a little bit helpful but mainly very annoyed/bothered by our request. He was by himself and we felt that he did not have time to give us a solution until waiting for 3 hours. We got new rooms eventually, and even though they did not smell as strongly, they were still not very clean. "Breakfast" was included but minimal. The location is way out of any nice areas of Busan. So you have to travel at least 30/40 minutes. Staying here ruined our experience visiting Busan a little bit. It seems more like a motel than a hotel. Place advertises as non smoking, but that seems to be a suggestion rather it being enforced. Would not recommend staying here.

Pros:

The addresses on both expedia and website were wrong by 3 blocks. When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. On the bright side, there were complimentary condoms in the room, coupled with a sign posted on the window advising not to throw cigarette butt out the window. There were zero western electric outlets. Provided usb outlets were non functioning in either room. Towels povided wre hand towels no bath towels on premises. "Breakfast included" was hot water, ramen, and boiled eggs. All in all, a miserable stay and the mouthy young staffer is the worst. Not recommended for westerners.

Highly recommended for short stay
Pros:

Awesome bed mattress, huge bath tub, giant tv screen, good wifi. Very polite and helpful staff.

Cons:

The breakfast is a bit too basic.
