Location was good, staff were very positive & welcoming. Room was large & well ventilated. Complimentary breakfast had variety - was served hot & fresh & on time.
ENTRANCE!! I reached at midnight 12.30 cuz the train was very very late & I couldn't enter as there was NO Entrance only. After standing in the cold for around 10/15 mins & climbing up & down dark, deserted stairways, (me & a few local guys from the paan shop) & calling all available nos provided everywhere, a local got connected over phone. Then someone came down & opened the lift lock & took me inside & upstairs. RIDICULOUS SITUATION!!! For sometime, I thought it was a fake account & there was NO hotel only although full money had to be paid beforehand.

The breakfast they served was really good buffet was there. The rooms were neat and clean.. It has restaurant also but i didnt get time to go there. My room has a balcony from there only buildings were visible and in night there was citylight view.. I really enjoyed staying there.
