Pros:

Great modern hotel. Room was clean, beds were confortable, staff was great. The hotel is right next to the train station which is currently going through major renovations. It will be even closer when the renovations are done (think detour here). We recommend. BTW, we also enjoyed Stuttgart very much... We recommend!

Cons:

Booked reservation for 2 nights, my flight was cancelled, so I arrive next day and have only one night stay. No refund from the hotel for one night. Reception me told only that it is not our care, since you made reservation via booking.

Es war sauber.

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption. Ich wusste nicht ob sie mich versteht oderb sie sich lustig macht. Ich denke eher nicht verstanden. Sie war nicht in der lage mir einen Sachverhalt in ganzen Sätzen zu erklären. Es wirkte dann so merkwürdig.

Ganz okay, aber während des Canstatter Wasens ist es einfach zu teuer für das was ein Motel One bietet.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich in dieses Hotel gehe, ist eine elend lange Schlange beim Einchecken. Warum stocken sie zwischen 15 Uhr bis 17 Uhr nicht kurzfristig das Personal an der Rezeption auf?
