Das Zimmer war modern, komfortabel und sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

A very nice stay in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Very good location. Nice design overall. Spacious breakfast area. Good variety of tasty products. High hygiene standards. Nice bar. Very nice outdoor area.
Friendly and helpful staff. When a plug pin (of a previous guest) was found stuck in one of the bedroom's sockets, there was immediate answer and the problem was solved. The lady on the phone was both polite and helpful.

Cons:

The room was moderately equipped (no glass for drinking water, no toothpaste/toothbrush container next to the mirror). There was just one paper cup in the bathroom for unspecified (?) use. If you placed a toothbrush/paste in there, it would definitely roll over. First time ever in a hotel of this category without the simplest vanity set οr even a shoehorn. The safety policy needs improvement (When I found a broken pin from a previous guest's charger stuck in one of the sockets, I was told that only if a guest reports a technical issue, will the janitor check the room for malfunction before the new guest checks in...). Being proactive would be a nice addition to the hotel's policy as not all guests are as responsible as we would like them to be.

Personal war nett und freundlich.Frühstück war genug da und ausreichend.Gute Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

Nur ein Mülleimer im Bad.Und ob Papbecher sehr nachhaltig zum Zähneputzen sind.Und So ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre vielleicht von Vorteil auch wenn die Zimmer nicht so groß sind
