الفندق نظيف وجميل

Cons:

تم الحجز وعند الوصول الساعه الثامنه صباحا افاد الموظف ان النظام تحت التحديث وانتظرت ساعه تقريبا إلى ان حصل تراكم العملاء
وبعد ذلك طلب من كل عميل مبلغ 200 ريال بحجة الدخول المبكر وتم الدفع.
كان المفترض ان يطلب اي مبلغ من ساعة وصولنا إلى الفندق دون ان ننتظر هذه المده
وايضاً لم احصل على فاتوره بهذا المبلغ حتى خروجنا من الفندق
