Family policy: Children up to 07 years old stay free (with parents can stay in the same bedding setup) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room-only rate. Children 5 years and under enjoy complimentary meals. From 6 - 11 years old there is a 50% discount on meals. From 12 years old children are considered as an adult and pay for extra bed and meal charges.

كل شي كان جميل ماعدا منع مناديب التوصيل من إيصال الطلب للغرفة وعدموايجاد حل بديل.
للمره الثانيه اكتب عن موضوع مناديب طلبات التوصيل..ممنوعين من الصعود للغرف ولازم تنزل بنفسكزتاخذ الطلب..والفندق لم يراعي بعض ظروف النزلاء الصحيه..وما زلنا نقول ماتبغى المندوب يطلع حقك مو مشكله لكن الاداره الواعيه تجد حلول..استلم الطلب من المندوب وقدم خدمه للنزيل بتوصيل الطلب عن طريق عمال الفندق..صدقا نزلت اربع مرات وعندي مشكله أصابه ف رجلي كان بالفعل معاناه..ما ابالغ لو قلت هالمقطع خلتني افكر ف البديل ونا أكرر الاقلمهوف هذا الفندق على الرغم من ايجابياته الكثيره

ذكرى تجربه لاتنننننسى.. من أجمل الايام 💓💓💓 الفندق فخم وجميل ماشاءالله و متوفر فيه كل سبل الراحه من نظافه وترتيب وعزل الصوت طاقم الاستقبال رائع الأخ السعودي(ماعرفت اسمه للأسف) بشوش وخدوم🙏 والافطار عندهم مميز.. كانت اول تجربه وراح نعتمده في كل زياره لمكه بإذن الله 💓💓
