Family policy: Children up to 07 years old stay free (with parents can stay in the same bedding setup) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room-only rate. Children 5 years and under enjoy complimentary meals. From 6 - 11 years old there is a 50% discount on meals. From 12 years old children are considered as an adult and pay for extra bed and meal charges.

فنادق مكة بكل ما تعنيه الكلمة. تجربتي معه كانت مميزة جدًا ومو أول مرة أتعامل مع الفندق، بل سبق أن حجزت فيه حوالي 6 مرات، وكل مرة لمدة 3 أيام وأكثر، وفي كل مرة أخرج بانطباع أجمل من السابق.
الفندق مرتب ونظيف بشكل واضح، والموظفون ما شاء الله قمة في الرقي وحسن التعامل، من الأمن إلى الاستقبال إلى خدمة تنظيف الغرف وحتى فريق البوفيه. أسلوبهم لبق وجميل ويخليك تشعر براحة من أول لحظة دخول، ويزيدون تجربة الإفطار جمالًا بتعاملهم الراقي وترحيبهم المستمر.
حتى في المواقف البسيطة مثل طلب تنظيف الزجاج أثناء التصوير، كان الجميع متعاون لأقصى درجة ويحاول يساعد رغم الصعوبة، وهذا يدل على اهتمامهم الحقيقي براحة الضيوف.
بصراحة تجربة راقية ومريحة وتستحق التكرار، وأنصح به بشدة لكل من يبحث عن إقامة مميزة في مكة
