The room was so small. The breakfast was not included in the room I selected but the way it was advertised I thought it would be. The shower drain didn’t release the water and it wet up the entire bathroom and hallway floor.
Beautiful place and service. We did find two roaches in our room but overall it was clean. They were professional and courteous from start to end. Our room was beautiful and comfortable.

Not great service. Not great stay
Rooms are comfortable and clean. Also very quiet with good amenities. However, service or management of service rather is very very poor. The check-in process if booked through expedia or hotels.com is dreadful. On two occasions they struggled to find my reservation. Then the usual 'system is down'. TV channels didnt work and no one ever came to fix it despite two complaints to the front desk. Hotel would be much better if management invested not only on the building itself but staff training and getting simple things right

I got none of that. They placed me in a box room with no ocean view and told me Breakfast wasn’t included in my booking, I showed the receptionist my reservation that obviously stated that breakfast for two is included.
No room from 11pm
Absolutely ridiculous.
Definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
