Pros:

Great hotel with nice people running it. The apartment is spacious and has most of what you need for comfortable stay. The pool is also very clean. The shop is 5min walk and the beach is 10min walk.

Cons:

Just minor: crossing the busy road on the way to/from the beach.

Quiet location, short walk to beach, bars and restaurants, very friendly host.
Pros:

The apartment was well fitted out with basic kitchen and washing machine. The apartment was a little bit tired and dated but was very clean and shower had a good amount of hot water. Location was about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach for bars and restaurants and so was far enough away to be peaceful during the day and night. The host was super friendly and available to help us with travel and transport advice and was quick to attend when we locked our key in the room.

Pros:

Burhan was an amazing host, super welcoming and helpful (even let us watch the football on big screen with him🙏). The place was beautiful and had everything you need (and a lovely pool). Only a short walk from the beach and supermarkets and the two resident cats were an absolute highlight of our stay :)

It was an absolute amazing and homely experience in Fethiye. Burhan was so thoughtful and friendly, left a lot of recommendations for local cafes, SPA places and places to buy good food for a good price. Special thanks to his beautiful and faithful friend Michelle, the dog! Felt guarded each night of the stay! The suit itself was super spacious, clean, loaded with needed equipment! Definitely recommend this hotel and will be back next time! Wish Burhan and his business all the best! 💜

A nice apartment house in the vicinity of sea is surrounded by pines and eucapypts. It was a pleasure to sit at the spacious terrace in natural environment. Burhan, an amazing host, was very friendly and helpful. The place you want to return.
