Kimpton - Harper Hotel by IHG

It was central to downtown , nice & spacious room comfortable bed ,

Visited here whilst travelling through Texas with family.

The reception wasn't on the ground floor when we arrived but a few floors up and even though there were a few lifts, you may have to wait a while.

The reception staff was friendly but made an error with my booking but the manager stepped in resolved and sent a gift to our room. Which was very kind.

The hotel rooms were very tastefully done loads of room, great views and no noise problem on our floor at all.

Breakfast on the bottom floor is very nice.

There is no rooftop bar, but the bar within the hotel is lovely. They have a good choice of drinks and the meals are very nice.

Location is spot on. About ten minutes to the train station, local for bus to Stockyards as well.

The rooms were very clean. The valet was awesome thank you very much Denise and Jameson. They were very professional and super helpful at check in. The whole valet team was awesome. I will be recommending this hotel for any business or family vacations in the near future.

This hotel turned a horrible situation into a positive. Cole spent two days fixing the issues a staff member created. The hotel is lovely and in a perfect spot. Enjoy the luxury this hotel provides and if you have a chance say hello to Cole, he is awesome. My son is attending TCU in the fall and we will be staying here for all our family time in Fort Worth. Rooms were immaculate and gorgeous. Thanks to Cole and his team for all the effort.

Location

This is an upscale hotel that is clean and well run. The shower's water pressure, volume, and amount of hot water were marvelous. Oddly the front desk is on the 24th floor.

Peter and Mekhi did a magnificent job retrieving my car in a very timely manner.

Peter and Tre were awesome! Very polite and respectful.

Mekhi who was running valet was awesome.

The bartender on the rooftop bar was fantastic. Bar had cool vibes. Just wish there was an open/outdoor patio, the rooftop bar was indoors. Nice place to relax and socialize. Definitely recommend.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel has elevator quirks, but we could manage. Great valet staff.

Marcus and Magic were OUTSTANDING! They made arrival, unloading, and check in a breeze. They provided top shelf customer service and were warm, welcoming, and engaging. 10/10 service!

Peter, Will and Tre were great with their professionalism at the valet setup. Only issue was difficulty sleeping due to the road noise (our room faced South but others may be fine).

I liked the feel of the hotel when we arrived. We did not realize there was not parking, but when we called, the staff was kind enough to direct us to the parking garage. It was different to check in at the top floor! It did not take long to check in and we had a beautiful corner king suite, with views of the area! The room was clean and had many snack options. The next morning it was very rainy, so I'm thankful the hotel had a restaurant we could have breakfast at. The price/value/taste was on point! We only stayed overnight but plan to return to experience the rest of the hotel offerings!
