Cons:

After flying over 10 hours to Dallas plus transfers time arrived around 10:30 pm to be told that the hotel was overbooked. And our rooms had been cancelled and Booking .com should have informed us !!! Which they did 1 hour after we’d arrived !! I suspect if you book through booking .com you’re treated as let’s say a less valued guest …

Waste of money

The bartender on floor 24 was very nice for the welcome event from 5p-6p

Cons:

Honestly, I was very disappointed in the look of the carpet in the room. The bed had black lint all over the white sheets, and there was a sour smell in the hallway. It felt damp too.
There were no luggage carts or bellman to assist us at checkout. WE waited in our room for 45 minutes and finally struggled and got all bags down by ourselves.

Valet wait time is consistently long. And on two occasions valet said they didn’t receive notification to bring our car even though we used their app they provided. No other options for parking close so you have to valet.
No iron or steamer in the room. Even after calling and requesting, one was never delivered. Staff at the front desk were very rude. We were there for TCU parents weekend and they took advantage of that with a large rate increase.

Location is excellent, great restaurants, coffee shops, convention center and night life within two block area. Hotel was clean and looked fresh

I did not have a breakfast included. Coffee was good.

Cons:

elevators were slow. would have liked a coffeemaker in my room to avoid having to go down to the ground floor for this.

It was a beautiful Hotel the location was great.

Cons:

The heater was not working in our room. Staff came to check but never had a solution for the issue. For the price per night it was not worth it.

Ok. Bra läge.
Pros:

Helt ok. I bokningen stod dock att frukost ingick. Inte att den var begränsad till en summa. Kände mig lite lurad.

Cons:

Städning. Vi fick tex aldrig soptunnan tömd.
Att hotellet inte i förväg informerade om att restaurangen högst upp var abonnerad på nyår. Den infon kom samma dag. Vi hade sett fram emot att fira däruppe. Väldigt besviken över det.

Very okay.
Pros:

The downtown location was convenient and the room was spacious.

Cons:

The check-in process. Our room wasn't ready until 40+ minutes past the check-in time, and we were among a group waiting. Upon arrival very little information was provided on when we'd be able to check into our room and nothing was done to compensate while waiting. We went and spent money on 2 drinks at the bar while we were waiting and then upon our actual check-in, were given 2 free drink vouchers which we didn't wind up even using while we were there since our stay was so short. The check-in was further disorganized once we received a text saying our room was ready. They could have expedited the line by having one for people with a text and ready room and one for everyone that was just arriving or needing something else because we waited another ~10 minutes in line after the room was ready. With a tight turnaround time for a dinner reservation, it was all very inconvenient and poorly managed.
