It was great, will have to return to experience everything the hotel has to offer!
Pros:

I liked the feel of the hotel when we arrived. We did not realize there was not parking, but when we called, the staff was kind enough to direct us to the parking garage. It was different to check in at the top floor! It did not take long to check in and we had a beautiful corner king suite, with views of the area! The room was clean and had many snack options. The next morning it was very rainy, so I'm thankful the hotel had a restaurant we could have breakfast at. The price/value/taste was on point! We only stayed overnight but plan to return to experience the rest of the hotel offerings!

Cons:

We came to celebrate our 15 wedding anniversary, and I did advise during booking. I got a confirmation that our request would be accommodated, but when we arrived, and through our stay, nothing was mentioned.

Pros:

great staff, nice room with nice appointments, great bar and lounge at the top and great food at the resturant.

Cons:

Carpet in our room needed cleaning.

Perfect Stay
Pros:

Great location, clean, well decorated room.

Cons:

Delivery of iron and towels took a very long time. If short staffed for deliveries, then each room should have an iron. We had to leave for our event in wrinkled clothes after waiting an hour for the iron.

After flying over 10 hours to Dallas plus transfers time arrived around 10:30 pm to be told that the hotel was overbooked. And our rooms had been cancelled and Booking .com should have informed us !!! Which they did 1 hour after we’d arrived !! I suspect if you book through booking .com you’re treated as let’s say a less valued guest …

Valet wait time is consistently long. And on two occasions valet said they didn’t receive notification to bring our car even though we used their app they provided. No other options for parking close so you have to valet.
No iron or steamer in the room. Even after calling and requesting, one was never delivered. Staff at the front desk were very rude. We were there for TCU parents weekend and they took advantage of that with a large rate increase.

Waste of money
Pros:

The bartender on floor 24 was very nice for the welcome event from 5p-6p

Cons:

Honestly, I was very disappointed in the look of the carpet in the room. The bed had black lint all over the white sheets, and there was a sour smell in the hallway. It felt damp too.
There were no luggage carts or bellman to assist us at checkout. WE waited in our room for 45 minutes and finally struggled and got all bags down by ourselves.

Pros:

It was a beautiful Hotel the location was great.

Cons:

The heater was not working in our room. Staff came to check but never had a solution for the issue. For the price per night it was not worth it.
