Not worth the expense.
Pros:

Relatively close to what we needed to do.

Cons:

Street festival caused multiple road closures near property, no communication shared about where to go to access parking/valet or even the hotel lobby. Check in personnel less than friendly. 4 elevators and it takes 10 minutes to get to your floor. Automated text messages start at 7AM the morning of check out... which is at 11am.

Lifts took forever, and rooms weren’t noice proof. Heard people returning in the middle of the night, very loud and doors slamming.
I booked 2 rooms back in March and asked for them to be next to each other however they couldn’t do it, a bit disappointing.

Very nice place to stay!
Pros:

It’s very nice! Vintage updated! The check front counter is on the 24th floor! Neat! I loved our room! AC work excellently! It was walking distance to where we wanted to go and we enjoyed Jake’s Burgers on the corner! 2thumbs up!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Everything, great except the bar.
Pros:

The location was great, the hotel is modern and has a fun vibe.

Cons:

The staff at the bar were not very helpful we struggled to order drinks and were charged for the free wine. This was taken off our bill before we paid when we brought it to the barman's attention. In general the drinks are over priced.

Nice and centeral
Pros:

It was central to downtown , nice & spacious room comfortable bed ,

Cons:

Our room wasn’t as clean as it should be , hair in the shower & on shower walls ,
On the day we checked in we went to sleep after travelling & was awoke by the cleaner to clean the room when we had only just checked in? This happened on the day we were leaving as well - she came at 9am and woke us up. Which we found extremely odd. No water in rooms , bottled water was 6$

Kimpton Hotel
Pros:

Visited here whilst travelling through Texas with family.

The reception wasn't on the ground floor when we arrived but a few floors up and even though there were a few lifts, you may have to wait a while.

The reception staff was friendly but made an error with my booking but the manager stepped in resolved and sent a gift to our room. Which was very kind.

The hotel rooms were very tastefully done loads of room, great views and no noise problem on our floor at all.

Breakfast on the bottom floor is very nice.

There is no rooftop bar, but the bar within the hotel is lovely. They have a good choice of drinks and the meals are very nice.

Location is spot on. About ten minutes to the train station, local for bus to Stockyards as well.

Sundance square on the door step with restaurants and shops around the hotel.

The cleanest rooms and the best valet service.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean. The valet was awesome thank you very much Denise and Jameson. They were very professional and super helpful at check in. The whole valet team was awesome. I will be recommending this hotel for any business or family vacations in the near future.

From bad to GREAT!
Pros:

This hotel turned a horrible situation into a positive. Cole spent two days fixing the issues a staff member created. The hotel is lovely and in a perfect spot. Enjoy the luxury this hotel provides and if you have a chance say hello to Cole, he is awesome. My son is attending TCU in the fall and we will be staying here for all our family time in Fort Worth. Rooms were immaculate and gorgeous. Thanks to Cole and his team for all the effort.

Amazing Shower, Lackluster Elevators
Pros:

This is an upscale hotel that is clean and well run. The shower's water pressure, volume, and amount of hot water were marvelous. Oddly the front desk is on the 24th floor.

Peter and Mekhi did a magnificent job retrieving my car in a very timely manner.
