Check in service is very bad
Pros:

The staff at the check-in counter was not friendly and appeared to have little or no information about the hotel. Their approach seemed overly focused on money, and there was a clear lack of care and professionalism during the check-in process.

The best place to stay
Pros:

Hi- I along with my wife stayed for 2 nights to celebrate new year. It was an excellent experience. The hospitality is too good. We enjoyed food at restaurant and in room dining. The staff was very helpful. The new year program was too good from decor to entertainment.The hotel is on the top of mountain, gives a breathtaking view. The infinity pool is very beautiful. It is away from the crowd of city.
