My stay was great! There are nearby restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. I will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

It’s cleanliness and the place is quiet. It is also very near to supermarket and public market.

Cons:

They don’t provide indoor slippers and no microwave oven to reheat the food. Though i’m not sure if there’s one in the front desk. And no cold drinking water.

bed and the aircon seems good,

Cons:

no offense, but i saw yellowish on cr bowl, bedit seems slow water flows, no slipper, no shampoo, no toothpaste, toothbrush, trash can at the cr only,

Pros:

I like how spacious their room is and how accommodating their staff. Their price is very traveller-friendly. It is also a bit far from Cebu City. Though it is just 30 minutes away but the traffic can extend the travel time from 30mins to 1 hr.

Cons:

Their parking space is limited for 3 cars only and is reserved for their permanent tenants. We were thankful that the staff in the gasoline station beside the manor let us park in the gasoline station for two nights.

will still return since it's cheaper and the place is decent. i know what to bring next time..
Pros:

accessible.. fast wifi i must say- was able to work while staying here. smooth check-in.

Cons:

mugs were dirty- there were black stains.. no drinking water in the floor we are staying- had to go down to "fetch" water.. no shampoo/conditioner/toothpaste, just 2 small soaps..

Poor location and uncomfortable bed.
Pros:

Good size room and shower area.

Cons:

Most uncomfortable bed we've ever had. Would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor.
The mattress was hard foam and it drew your back. It was that hard it was like rock.
Had already booked the same hotel for a later date, but cancelled it right away.
Very poor location as well.
