Ресторан - ОК, это самое лучшее что есть в этом отеле.
В номере убитая мебель, грязные порванные полотенца. В душевых ничего из того что принято в наличии в отелях 3+. Ковры в номерах в пятнах. Подушки убогие. Номера в целом очень уставшие и нуждаются в капитальном ремонте. Ни ногой.

La moquette dans la chambre était propre mais tachée.

Especially personal was super!!!
I had a great stay overall. The accommodation was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. When I first arrived, my room was a connecting room, and as a woman travelling alone on a business trip, I didn’t feel comfortable having an additional door in the room. I contacted reception, and the staff resolved the situation immediately by moving me to a room that better suited my needs.
Any time I needed assistance, the team was more than happy to help and made me feel very well looked after. The location is also a big plus — it’s close to local shops, with coffee shops right next door, which was very convenient.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again and really appreciate all the staff for their excellent service.
There wasn’t really an issue - personally, I didn’t see fault.
Breakfast is horrible. Charing extra for fried eggs?
