did not take my bag from taxi when I arrived. air conditioning problem, changed room, then changed floor till things ok

Pros:

Am ales hotelul pentru parcarea inclusa privata care este la demisol. Camera arata ca in poze,aproape de un centru comercial si statia de tramvai care duce direct in centru dar aveti de mers in jur de 45-50 min. Personal amabil

Cons:

Nu s-a facut curatenie timp de 3 nopti, nici prosoapele schimbate si nici macar gunoiul. Micul dejun deloc diversificat,aceleași preparate zilnic si nu aveai de unde alege. La piscina daca nu ai casca de inotat nu poti intra,trebuie sa le cumperi de la ei si este 5 euro de persoana. Per total pentru pretul platit nu a fost atat de rau insa pentru noi a contat mult parcarea subterana,mai ales in Istanbul.

Personalul de la receptie sunt atenti cu clienti, sunt
serviabil si te ajuta cu orice problema aparuta ! Restaurantul ofera un mic dejun, cu un bogat sortiment de produse si de o calitate buna, ceea ce mai rar gasesti la hotelurile din Istanbul !

Cons:

Unele dotari din camere, lenjeria invechita si pe alocuri rupta, nu intrunesc conditiile unui hotel de 5* !!

Espetacular
Pros:

Já é como estar em casa, fico quase sempre hospedada nesse hotel quando estou em Istambul (todos os meses)

Cons:

Um pequeno contratempo com a internet que esteve em baixo muitas vezes e um problema com o meu duche que foram logo solucionados
