Ik vondt de personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er werd goed geluisterd naar ons wens en alles werd snel geregeld

Frühstück war sehr gut und auch sehr gute Auswahl,
Mit der Familie zu empfehlen.
Trotz das es weiter weg vom Zentrum war konnten wir mit der Straßenbahn ohne umsteigen bis an Zentrum.
Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer leider waren die Betten im Nebenzimmer sehr schlecht.

The breakfast offered a delightful start to the day. It was very convenient to have shops and restaurants within easy walking distance of the accommodation. Additionally, some of the staff members were particularly helpful during my stay. Their assistance certainly added to a pleasant experience. Overall, it was a good visit with several positive aspects.
I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay in the hope that it will be helpful for future improvements.
Overall, I appreciated my stay, but there were a few areas that could be improved.
Breakfast: The coffee machine available during breakfast was not as clean as I would have expected, and unfortunately the coffee itself tasted quite unpleasant. I also ordered a Turkish coffee, which was available only for an additional charge.
Room: The double bed was not very comfortable, as the mattress was extremely soft. I asked if it was possible to change the mattress, but I was informed that no alternative was available.
Pool: The pool was much smaller than I had expected. Although pool access was included in the stay, guests were required to wear a swimming cap and purchase one from the hotel. The cap provided was made of cotton and did not effectively cover the hair. Instead, it made swimming less comfortable and reduced the overall enjoyment of the pool.
Reception service: I was hoping to receive recommendations from the reception for activities in Istanbul, particularly a Bosphorus night cruise with a dinner/show, as well as daytime sightseeing boat tours. Unfortunately, I was told they could not provide recommendations, so I had to research and book everything myself through TripAdvisor. I believe the guest experience would be greatly enhanced if the reception staff could offer basic recommendations or point guests toward reliable local tour operators.
I hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit in which it is intended. Thank you for your hospitality, and I hope these comments can be helpful in making future guests' experiences even better.
Friendly staff clean nice
The property was lovely. The lobby entrance was really nice and welcoming, with lots of natural light coming from the windows. The receptionist was fabulous and offered me something to drink, which was delivered to my room after checking in.
Oh also after I settled in, I asked if I could have a late check out, and it was no issue or problem…..late check out secured within seconds. Thank you to the receptionist that did that for me. He was super helpful and very friendly.
The rooms were very comfortable and very quiet. I got a really good nights sleep.
The breakfast was FANTASTIC!!!! The food was sooooo good, I could of sat there all day just eating 😆😆😆
All in all I had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. Really good value for money!!! Oh and the WiFi was excellent as well.
I didn’t get a chance to check out the spa facilities, but I’m sure it would have been wonderful.

الإفطار جيدجدا متنوع وفيه خيارات من الخضار والفواكه والصالة واسعة والطعام يتم تجديده كلما انتهى وهناك لايف ستيشن لعمل الاومليت والعصير والشاي كان كل شيء جميل
لكن أتمنى ان يهتموا اكثر بنكهة الطعام للحصول على جودة وان يكون اكثر لذة
في البداية كانت الغرفة التي نزلت فيها تحتوي على حشرة وآثار ان الغرفة لمدخنين وعندما سكنت عائلة معها أطفال بالغرفة المجاورة شعرت بالانزعاج الشديد لانه لم يكن هناك عزل بين الجدران وعندما أخبرت موظف الاستقبال باستيائي قام على الفور بنقل عائلتي إلى جناح متصل من غرفتين
الفندق على تلة يبعد عن المترو حوالي خمس دقائق بعيد عن المركز يحتاج إلى ٤٠ دقيقية بالقطار للوصول إلى سيركجي او امنينو
