Great experience at Mövenpick, customer service was the best I’d ever experienced and our room and all of the facilities
Pros:

Reception staff were so helpful and kind, they even checked us in 2 hours early. Our room was immaculate and comfortable

Cons:

Would love an affordable 2 bedroom suite or room with seperate bedroom and a foldout bed option.

We thououghly enjoyed the Movenpick, fabulous staff, quick check in, bags left on-site during the day were safe

Absolutely best location, everything (trams, trains, buses just outside the door)

Cons:

Rooms were a tad small, quite noisy when there is a crowd in the entry / meet and greet area

Beautiful building and stylish rooms, the pool area is lovely. Very convenient to southern cross station if you are getting skybus, 24 hour reception

Not in the heart of the city (though free trams get you there). Should advertise chocolate hour when you book so you don’t miss it.
