Lovely stay with amazing afternoon tea
Pros:

Modern and clean. The pool was great though a bit windy at times. Gym is well equipped. Afternoon tea was super delicious and a pure relaxation :)

Cons:

There’s a roadwork in front currently which makes the access a bit hard (bit walk around with luggage) and it’s noisy- in particular in the pool area and roadworks continue at night. Otherwise the location is amazing- very close to the station

Pretty good value for melbourne
Pros:

It was clean, staff were very friendly, the buffet breakfast had a lot of variety. Our room even had soft toilet paper. Not the usual rough stuff places use. Didnt hear much outside noise thru the night.

Cons:

The bed was abit firm for us, wasn't able to open a window and no ceiling fan to move air around.

Pros:

Reception staff were warm and welcoming. The beautiful scent in reception was so lovely I asked what it was but staff were unable to tell me. Great location. Easy access to trams.
