Rooms were comfortable except for the air conditioning, the fan annoyingly kept cycling on and off and was noisy.

Pros:

The location to public transport was perfect. Southern Cross station just across the road. The trams to the city were just around the corner.

Cons:

The room was ok, except there was no wardrobe. The hanging space was just above where you store your suitcase. Not ideal when there are dresses to hang. The room is not big enough to put larger suitcases elsewhere. House keeping wasn't the best. We were there for 5 nights. On 1 occasion our tea and coffee wasn't replenish, on another occasion our bed had been made with tissues inside the bed sheets? The sheets underneath were wrinkled and creased. Not sure what had been going on, but certainly made us wonder.....who's been sleeping in my bed!

AMAZING!
Pros:

Location! 10 min walk to Bourke street mall. Straight across the road from southern cross station. Beautiful clean rooms. Pool is awesome. Gorgeous staff.

Cons:

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it. It’s more a suggestion. The restaurant has a very beautiful Asian menu. It would be nice to have some other options like steak, chicken parmigiana etc etc

Great location Staff were friendly and helpful and welcoming. My room was a good size very comfortable bed and bathroom was well designed. The breakfast was very tasty and filling The pool was an added bonus
