Great pool and spa, and very comfortable bed.
The chocolate during chocolate hour was not good quality. And our room was too small for the price.
Reception staff were warm and welcoming. The beautiful scent in reception was so lovely I asked what it was but staff were unable to tell me. Great location. Easy access to trams.
Excellent location very close to Marvel Stadium
The restaurant and bar closed early which was quite strange.
Friendly, helpful staff. Right across the road from Marvel Stadium/ Spencer st station, where we were attending an event so it was the ideal location. Nice comfortable room, nice breakfast in the morning.

Loved the chocolate tasting, even though there wasnt much left when we got there. The things we tried were delicious.
Would have been nice if the bar was open after we got back from Ed Sheeran, or even during the day. But not a deal breaker....could have gone to our room or walked up the street!

Very expensive given all of the tramworks and noise going on all night and early morning on Spencer St. Quite noisy! Coffee machine over breakfast wasn't great.
Very noisy. Additionally, I booked this hotel with a price, but when I arrived hotel I was requested for a higher price.
Staff were lovely and friendly.
There is construction going on which is not the fault of the hotel. Luckily rooms are very well soundproofed and it didn’t interfere with my sleep at all.
Unfortunately due to busy schedule I wasn’t able to make it to any of the chocolate hours during my stay. maybe next time
