Good, pricey for what it was but it was the rugby weekend so we had to pay a premium

The lift to carpark. Spend half an hour trying to get down before the front desk said they had to swipe me down for security reasons . There was no signs to indicate this. Took me along time going up and down before getting sick of it and asked staff why the lift won’t take me back down to car

Pros:

Everything was delightful. We stayed for Melbourne Marathon and everything was great. The room was clean and neat, the staff were attentive and friendly, the pool and spa were clean and quiet. We ordered room service and it arrived quickly and had buffet breakfast before we departed, which was small but a good variety and good quality.

Cons:

I didn’t like that they didn’t tell me the bar fridge wasn’t free and the “menu” was hidden. Everything they planted in fridge was “paid”. The shower could do with a door.
