Nothing much but little location
The fern residency varanasi is the best hotel..everything was great..we stayed there only for one night but it was very relaxing and refreshing..the staff was very polite also breakfast was delicious..very kind and helping nature staff.
The hotel is decent for a short stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again. Very far from attractions but transportation is convenient.
Everything that was asked for was given, no complaints other than the fact that the sockets in our room weren’t the best and kept turning on and off
It was a pleasant experience for us as a family to stay at Fern Residency, Sarnath. Everything from check-in to dining was a smooth and delightful experience. Shalini singh and Mithilesh served us well in the dining area. Keep up the good work!

Amazing hotel with delicious authentic Indian food buffet from the Cilantro. Clean rooms and provides with toothbrushes, soap and lotion. Four stars since some things are lacking (not enough tea packets and towels, though you can ask for more)

My stay at The Fern Residency Hotel was excellent. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is courteous and always ready to help. I would especially like to mention Priyanka Saxena, whose professionalism, polite behavior, and support made our stay even more comfortable and memorable.
The rooms were neat, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food was delicious and the service was prompt. The location of the hotel is also very convenient.
