Location was good. Accessible to many places like Cuba st, Te Papa Museum. they accommodated our request to store our luggage before we checked in and after we have. He checked out.
The washer/dryer (in 1) was not working properly. The dryer was. It working which left our clothes wet when we packed them.

Great studio, good value for money, clean and comfortable
This is generally not a big deal but I came to stay for one night after I had a small surgery, so I was in the room most of the time to rest and recover. Unfortunately the TV was mounted on the kitchen wall, which you can't see from the bed.
They allowed one hour late check-in and the room is clean. the location is good. There are salt, pepper and cooking oil.
No Laundry powder.
The spoons, a pot and a frying pan still had some residue on them and weren't clean enough.
Hunter is amazing. He's absolutely part of the experience and why Ive rated the hotel so highly.
