The location was located close enough for walking to both downtown and the museum as well as Parliament.
Kitchenette and Laundry in suite was a nice bonus. We didn't see detergent for washing coffee mugs or laundry.
The rooms were looking tired and in need of a refresh. We stayed here 3 years ago and it seemed newly renovated at that time

It is across the street from a night club and the loud music reverberates around the whole room all night so got no sleep.

The staff were helpful especially with the car stacker.
Could have been a bit cleaner. There were splatters down the side of the bench, the dishwasher hadn't been emptied. We could see dust under the bed. We were told that parks opposite the car stacker were for tradesmen. We had difficulty parking that night because guests had parked in those parks.
