Need to look for alternatives when we are in Wellington next
Pros:

Location is fantastic and near to all major attractions

Cons:

They did not clean our room on second day - said they are experiencing full house and hence could not do our room - nonsense! Also did not provide enough shower gel or shampoo etc

Great location, in-room facilities and reception staff.
Pros:

It’s centrally located, rooms are spacious and it’s good value. For a longer stay the laundry and kitchen facilities are super handy.

Cons:

Nothing about the apartments or hotel or service! Although parking around here can be tricky.

There was no breakfast provided during my stay. Excellent Location

Cons:

The shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries were empty when I arrived and were only refilled after several reminders, just one day before I checked out. I also requested milk, but it was delivered the following day. Another frustrating issue was that phone calls to reception often went unanswered.

The location is the hotel's main advantage. I chose this hotel because of its well known name and expected a much better level of service. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing.

It was not clean.
Hair in the bathroom, dirty kitchen floor, a lot of dust. Gym was filthy.
