Great location and value for money
Pros:

Convenient and clean with great location to CBD, Massey University and Newtown festival. All amenities provided to cook in the apartment or relax before going out.

Ramada Hotel
Pros:

The hotel was clean and tidy. Loved that we had a washing machine and dryer. Only a couple of streets away from great restaurants and shops.

Cons:

No parking on site as all the parks were taken. The TV was in the lounge area but only a single chair and 2 dining chairs to sit on. Would have been nkce to have a small lounge suite.
