Great place, great staff.
Pros:

Great place, an oasis of peace.. Staff is great, rooms really comfortable, breakfast is the best with everything: indian, korean, japanese, european. Great pastries..
Hotel is close to Blok M, which is a lively hood, has lots of restaurants and bars around,
The staff equipped us with foods and drinks for the long travels and made sure we had everything we needed.
rooms are comfortable and great beds.
Would go back any time.

Pros:

The location was good but the food and cocktails were excellent. Service was excellent especially mas Asa who was always accommodating, super friendly and helpful (my wife's fav staff). The location was surrounded by good coffee shops and speak easy bars that became our fav too. Will definitely be back when we visit Jakarta.

Cons:

The pool was out of use and cocktails bar closed too early but understandable

Beyond what I expected
Pros:

The hospitality, the warmth, the food was just beyond my expectations tbh. I would definitely come back and recommend maybe those with families and elders to stay here

Cons:

If your aim coming to Jakarta to shop and dine, I suggest to find somewhere nearby Thamrin or central. Cuz it’s just further a bit to the south side. But not too far from Blok M. But if you want to get away a little from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is perfect! And just walking distance from Sendja Spa Panglima Polim (Female only).

Emplacement , propreté et personnel qui sont tous très gentils , attentionné et serviable. Pour mon anniversaire ils m’ont offert un gâteau avec une bougie, c’était adorable.

Pros:

Loved the attentiveness of the staff at making sure we were properly attended to our needs. Loved how friendly everyone was especially first thing in the morning when grabbing breakfast. Also, the location of the hotel was perfect for our intention of our stay in Jakarta this time. Which was to discover the food options around blok m.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and spacious. I liked the touch of the bench by the window. Nicely designed with Indonesian touch. We had Bebek Betutu for in room dining from their restaurant and it was divine! Staff was very nice and helpful. Location was great as you are very close to dharmawangsa and all the nice restaurants in Jakarta.

Cons:

It is a hotel attached to a big ballroom so if you are staying in the weekend, you may stay with multiple wedding parties (bride, groom, families) on the same floor so you might have some noise.

Fantastic, will pick this hotel again if the planned itinerary is nearby this hotel.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, shower is great, room service is pleasant and patiently helpful. The corridor to our room smells fantastic and cleanness is top notch. The room was sufficiently spacious and cozy, smart TV has netflix and youtube so it was convenient for us.

Breakfast was delicious and the service staff were pleasant and attentive to your needs, seating were cozy and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast food selection were quite limited due to the sizing of the restaurant. Some of the side dishes were room temperature.

The lobby is further in from the road entrance, entrance was confusing to our Grab drivers and Grabfood delivery.
