Great hotel in perfect location
Pros:

It was our 2nd visit to NYC and our 2nd stay at the Margaritaville - the rooms are comfy and the bars and pool area incredible

Cons:

Slightly confusing around the process for collecting towels for the pool and the lack of draft beer on the 31/32 floor bars

Great hotel location, amenities and staff.
Pros:

The property was in the heart of Times Square, which is what we were specifically looking for for this trip. Very close to a couple of different subway stations as well, further adding to the convenience.

The best thing for us was our foreign exchange student left her passport in the safe in the room and didn’t realize it until we were already at the airport and not able to get back to the hotel and airport in enough time to make our flight. The staff went above and beyond what we expected - I called and they were able to locate the passport, order us a car service to bring the passport to us and called to make sure we received it before getting on our flight. Amazing customer service!

Cons:

The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the pool temperature (this is only a bummer to me because of my daughter’s medical condition). I read online prior to booking it was a temperature controlled pool open year round. My daughter has sickle cell, so I try to find heated pools. Unfortunately, the water was too cold for her to get in completely. We were able to allow her to let her sit with feet in for a bit since the outside temperature was very warm. This is just a personal disappointment, but the pool area was great.

Excellent location but noise levels were high.
Pros:

Loved that there was a pool in the resort, something you normally don’t get on Times Square. Also liked that there were multiple bars and most of the staff were super friendly. Room was very clean and towels changed every day.

Cons:

The windows were not soundproof, therefore every night we were woken up by sirens. At the pool we ordered some drinks and nachos and the staff member demanded a 20% tip. The shower kept falling down and there were ripped sheets on the bed one evening.

Cons:

Huoneen ilmastointi oli häiritsevän kovaääninen ja Aamiainen oli vouchereilla joilla ei käytännössä saanut koooaamiaista vaan piti maksaa lisää. Tästä jäi huono fiilis.

Pros:

Soggiornato a maggio. Ci è piaciuto tutto soprattutto la pulizia. Avevamo la camera al 23° piano tutto centrale e vicino Bryan Park. Anche l'utilizzo della piscina è particolare rispetto alla vista città.

Cons:

A volte si sentivano i rumori della strada ma eravamo così distrutti che non lo notavamo. Il cocktail Margarita non era gradevole meglio una birra.

Un hôtel propre et idéalement situé pour découvrir NYC
Pros:

L’hôtel était parfait pour le séjour que nous avions envisagé, Time Square est très fréquenté mais très bien desservi par les différentes lignes de métro ce qui permet de se rendre rapidement un peu partout dans Manhattan.
La piscine sous le soleil de NYC en fin de journée, une bénédiction ! Les chambres sont petites mais très propre, et les sanitaires impeccables. Les bouteilles d’eau chaque jour avec le frigo très appréciable. Ça manque juste un peu de rangement.

Cons:

Le fait d’être obligé de passer chaque matin par la réception pour obtenir les vouchers pour le petit déjeuner.
