Loved our stay
Pros:

The bed was really comfy and the location was the best. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and accommodating and nothing seemed to be too hard or a bother which we really appreciate in service

Cons:

The shower was not powerful enough and there was no door so the cold air took away from the heat And wasn’t very comfortable

Perfect
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Very close to Times Square. The restaurant and the bar were excellent. Jason, our waiter, was very kind and flexible. I highly recommend it to everyone. 😊
