Schönes Hotel in bester Lage

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, die rooftop Bar ist super mit Mega Blick, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal ist sehr freundlich

Cons:

Manchmal musste man lange auf den Aufzug warten. Wir hatten bei den pflegeprodukten eine Body Lotion vermisst…

Cool and trendy hotel
Pros:

Fleetwood Mac while checking in.
Stellar location makes this a very convenient hotel.
Rooms are practical and reasonably sized (by NYC standards).
Staff were extremely helpful and courteous.
Rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable with crisp linens.

Cons:

Elevators access on one day was restricted to one working elevator from ground floor requiring creative solutions to reach room floor.

Great Property! Margaritaville Locations Never Disappoint. Booking.com, Unfortunately Did!

The location and cleanliness of the property and room.

Cons:

I didn't like that Booking.com advertised a free taxi transfer from LGA to the property prior to me paying upfront for the reservation. Then after I paid a non-refundable charge upfront for the reservation, and after reaching out to Booking.com Customer Service, I was told the reservation actually didn't come with a free taxi transfer. Incorrectly advertising a service that wasn't actually included in the reservation is deceptive practice and false advertisement. At minimum, Booking.com should provide me an account credit/voucher equivalent to the cost of my transportation from LGA to the property. I will be pursing this further to ensure I am made whole.

Very well comfortable and inviting definitely will stay there again next time in New York

I like everything about this property. It was close to everything. Subway is right there. The facility was very clean. The room was very comfortable enough space to me. It was a win-win.

Cons:

If I have to complain about anything, it would be the cost. Yes, it would be nice if it was a little bit cheaper, but I understand the price cause everything was great.

No vibe, disappointed
Pros:

Not a resort, just a hotel with a pool. The M-Ville vibe just doesn’t show up. Music isn’t there, restaurant for breakfast is terrible. Bar type food is ok. Service in the rooftop is slow and not that good. Room as are really, really small. It is in a good location.

Pokoj velmi krásný, prostorný a každý den uklizený. Měli jsme i krásný výhled z 26.patra. Lokalita velmi fajn, hned blízko hotelu je metro, takže komfortní na zahájení výletů. Personál jak na recepci, tak v restauraci byl velmi vstřícný a milý. Snídaně byla formou a la carte. Každé ráno jsme si vyzvedli kartičky na 25$ na osobu a v restauraci jsme si vybrali z menu. Jídlo bylo dobré. Pobyt jsme si moc užili:)

Cons:

Jediné co bych vytkla, tak jsou výtahy. Když bylo více lidí kolem snídaně nebo odpoledne, tak jsme dlouho čekali, ale zas chápu, je to docela velký hotel.
