Comfortable room in a bustling city
Pros:

Very central location. Comfortable beds and linens. Clean room. Quiet, especially considering how busy it was outside.

Cons:

The elevators took a long time, there was a sticky spill in our floor’s elevator bank that was there for several days. The pool was very crowded and the patio furniture was dirty.

i love this hotel, i will definitely be coming back here in the future!
Pros:

the property was very clean and the staff were amazing! they had so many restaurants and a pool, i loved the rooftop bar, even though it gets very busy. what i loved the most was the hotel room, the view of the city was beautiful and the rooms were clean and kept clean daily. the subway is just right across, and you can get to so many places because of the hotel location. i would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

the only thing is the delivery for room service.. it said a specific time but we waited almost an hour, when we went to the restaurant to follow up because they werent answering from the hotel room, we ended up taking the same elevator as the delivery guy lol.

Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel, directement sur la rue Broadway, avec stationnement au coin de la rue. Hôtel moderne et bien décoré. Chambre très petite, mais confortable : literie, frigo et bonne propreté. La piscine sur le toit au 6e est WoW surtout en plein été avec resto-bar.
En plus un bar terrasse au 32e étage!!

Cons:

Juste les chambres qui sont très petites surtout pour 4.

The stay was a good one, I would stay again

Great location, very nice rooms

Cons:

The hours of the pool area and the bar on the weekends are not acceptable. Especially if you was out exploring most of the day, and want to come back and enjoy a night time swim or drink.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la station de métro Times Square.

Très belle vue depuis les 31e et 32e étages.

Cons:

Piscine pas top : elle est petite et souvent très fréquentée.

Petit-déjeuner assez cher. Attention, il ne s'agit pas vraiment d'un petit-déjeuner inclus : il y a un bon d'achat d'une certaine valeur, et si vous dépassez ce montant, vous devez payer le supplément.

Hôtel assez cher par nuit.

Convenient location . Pool option. Clean inside.

Cons:

Surroundings. Literally outside a weed shop and very noisy for supposed sound proof rooms - cop chases, drag races, etc.

Rooms are small. No breakfast besides room service. Elevator waits. Ran out of many food options. V

It was very clean and the room smelled very good. Bed was comfortable. Rooftop bar was cool too.
