Un excellent emplacement pour découvrir Manhattan
Pros:

-Emplacement exceptionnel : à quelques minutes à pied de Times Square, de Broadway et des transports publics. Idéal pour découvrir Manhattan sans perdre de temps dans les déplacements.
-Equipements agréables : décoration moderne, rooftop très agréable pour se détendre et piscine qui constitue un vrai plus, surtout en été ou pour les familles (même si je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de la tester).
-Séjour confortable : chambre propre dans l'ensemble et ascenseurs rapides, avec très peu d'attente malgré la taille de l'hôtel.

Cons:

-Confort de la chambre : les chambres sont assez petites. Même en voyageant seul, l'espace est vite limité pour les bagages et les affaires. a deux, cela peut rapidement devenir étroit.
-Bruit : malgré un étage élevé, les bruits de la rue restent bien présents. Si vous êtes sensible au bruit, il est préférable de prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles.
-Equipements : absence d'un vrai fer à repasser et de brosse de toilettes, un détail qui peut surprendre, en particulier les voyageurs européens.
-Nettoyage : le ménage n'a pas été effectué un jour. Cela semblait être un oubli ponctuel, mais mérite tout de même d'être signalé.

Cons:

We booked a deluxe room and paid more. The didference was a city view vith a slightly spacious room. City view vas the ugly roof behind the building and our friends who booked a normal room and paid less got a room with a city view. It is a rip off. When i told the reception they said they dont make a difference between those two rooms and there was no answer not even a apoligy when i asked then why i paid more for nothing! Further more there is not any space for luggage or bags. We couldnt find a place to open the bags it was very inconvient. So we paid more for nothing but uncomfortable room with a ugly view

Une grande déception d'avoir choisi cet hôtel. N'y reviendrai pas et ne le recommanderai pas.

Cons:

Accueil et personnel. La propreté des parties communes (piscine, terrasse, rooftop) plus que limite. L'attente aux ascenseurs. Un établissement qui ne mérite pas sa note 8.5 sur Booking.com et ses 4 étoiles.

Booket opphold med frokost inkludert. Frokost inkludert, betyr tydeligvis en voucher per person på 25$. Det hjelper ikke når alt man bestiller kommer over den prisen, og det kun er frokostretter fra menyen. Endte opp med å betale 17$ ekstra hver dag, for noe jeg i utgangspunktet allerede hadde betalt for.

Great location, small rooms
Pros:

In a great location right next to subway stations and Times Square. Because it’s so close it can be a bit overwhelming with how busy it is out there front but we were only there for a few days so found it handy being so central.

Cons:

The room was quite small, but that’s New York. But it was difficult to even have your suitcase open in the room.

It's a clean and cheerful spot near to Times Square magic!
Pros:

The location was prime, in close proximity to the Broadway theaters I was planning to visit! The beachy decor was soothing, and the staff was kind and helpful. the elevators to get to the upstairs lobby were quick and clean. Parking was very near, and the hotel validated, so I got a nice parking discount.

Cons:

The breakfast menu was OK, but the service was very slow, we waited 20minutes to be seated and when I enquired, as the cutoff for breakfast was 11am strictly I was told that they were short of staff.. The waitress had to speed with our order before the 11am shut off.. Which she managed to do.. I also saw patrons leaving before 11am as they had been sitting a long time and not been attended to..
Maybe more emphasis should be put on the restaurant.,And staffing .
