un bon hôtel proche times square qui fait le job!
Pros:

un bon hôtel très bien placé pour un prix raisonnable (si l'on considère qu'on est dans une des villes les plus chères du monde!). Les chambres sont petites mais correctement pensées, équipées...et décorées.

Cons:

l'exiguité de la chambre...mais bon on est à New York!

Decent place
Pros:

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. It was in a pretty central location with the subway right across the street.

Clean, Courteous and Chill!
Pros:

Our room was clean, air conditioned and quiet! The view was lovely, the pool was refreshing and the staff was courteous. The location was convenient, within walking distance of food, shows and the subway. Check in/out was easy, and the wifi/Chromecast in our room was simple to use.

Cons:

Our only complaint was that we were awoken by a loud fire alarm in the middle of the night. The alarm went on for almost 20 minutes, waking us up, as well as several of our neighbors. People were panicked, and the alarm turned out to be nothing, which was frustrating. Other than that, the bar was understaffed so service was very slow, just something to keep in mind if you are planning on pre-show drinks or dinner.

All in all, we had a nice stay. Marco and Oolo were stupendous and made our stay better.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great!

Cons:

We did not like the shower. Since it was not fully enclosed, water got onto the floor. There was no microwave, which would have been nice.

Didn't have the breakfast, we ate out, also didn't know where it was nor were we informed about it. the temperature in the hallways was extremely warm. I understand it is a resort, but it wasn't in Mexico, but the hallways were warm enough to convince you that it was.

Cons:

It was disappointing to know that the pool was only open for 4 hours per day. It didn't fit our schedule and was something we were really looking forward to doing. The hours of the restaurant on the pool floor were also very small. Due to Air Canada delays, we could not eat there as it was closed.
