Location is great
Staff are rude and unhelpful and seem clueless most of the time.
Affordable, no frills hotel- it has everything we need, comfortable beds, wardrobe with plenty of hangers, fridge, free drinking water, coffee, slippers, plenty of electrical outlets, working aircon, hot water for shower, shoe rack.

The breakfast was included and was really nice. The breakfast place also made great coffee, and which was extra - 40K for egg coffee which was my favourite. You get free tea with your breakfast so not obliged to buy drink.
The location was great as it was on a quiet street, and an easy walk to D2 which has a lot of great food and drink places.
Most staff were friendly but sometimes hard to communicate in English.
It had a tv in the room with movies and sport to watch and good air con. 10k for small water and 25k for a small tiger is quite good. There are toiletries provided in the room as well.
Also, hotel is 24 hours.
I stayed there 8 days. I didn’t have my room cleaned, or offered new toilet paper, towels or my bin changed. Maybe I was supposed to ask at reception but that wasn’t clear. Towels looked like they had been in the room for a while.
Room was very budget (cheapest). And the mattress I stayed on was in need of a change. It was more of a fold up futon. There was a window but it was barely passable for a window.
It’s ok for a single person if you are out all the time and only if you get a cheap price. I Rebooked at the hotel for an extra night and was charged 450kVND which was a lot for the room I was in - but the breakfast probably kept me around and location.
Location suited my needs.
Breakfast Options very bad - not suitable
1. Fake picture for the room
2. hotel changes the room without a notice and not willing to compensate for the difference
3. staff didn’t help but provide a smaller random room
4. hotel is not clean
The hotel was reasonable for the location and the price. The staff was very friendly, but lacked English speaking abilities. I had to ask the young workers to clean my room. The air conditioning was cold and the showers hot. The bed was comfortable and very sizeable.
1. Having to use Google translate with the very young front desk staff in the year 2023.
2. Chasing the house keeping staff to clean my room in the evening time after a long work day. But when aksed to clean the room, they apologized profusely and cleaned the room.
Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
