Pros:

Room I was placed in had an exceptional view! Good breakfast and former elements of a 5star

Cons:

Obvious neglect. Especially in the pool, gym and spa areas. Renovations in progress? Breakfast staff seemed timid and untrained. No juice cups once used. Management lacking.
