Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and location. Great cocktail lounge.

- Lage ist optimal in tam dao
- Staff ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend
- Frühstücksbüffet ist gut

Cons:

- Pool Bereich ist okay aber umkleiden und locker room der Männer ist katastrophal
- Schimmel im Kinderspielbereich. Mein Sohn musste bereits nach kurzer Zeit anfangen zu husten
- durchgängig kalte Flure und Aufenthaltsräume, bei der Größe nicht verwunderlich aber selbst das Hotelzimmer was nicht warm bei der Ankunft

Good hotel in a very unique location. If only the public areas of the hotel were heated and warmer.

Good location, great breakfast
Pros:

Comfortable room, good view, nice service from the staff.
Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

There is some construction happening in the hotel. It was happening right by our building.
They should inform people about this in advance or move guests to a different part of the hotel (there are multiple buildings)
