Pros:

初の東横イン大宮東口を利用しました。
スタッフの対応が素晴らしくチェックイン時は専用端末でのチェックインでしたが懇切丁寧に説明を受けました。
アップグレードをしていただき感謝です。
朝食も部屋への持ち込みができて、ゆっくり食事が出来ました。

Pros:

沢山ありすぎです。宿泊前に風呂イスがあれば嬉しいと相談したら、翌日にはすぐ返信があり対応して下さって感謝してます。エレベーターのセキュリティもカードがないと使えないという安心さだし、24時間コーヒー無料、朝飯バイキングも部屋に持って行ってもいいし種類も調度よく豊富だし作り立てをすぐに作って補充して下さるのには驚きました。
部屋も24時間換気で、喫煙室を選びましたが全然臭くないし、こちらも驚きました。部屋の照明も暗すぎず明る過ぎず。
自販機の値段も高すぎず、電子レンジも２台配置してあり、夜はスーパーの弁当をチョイスする身にはとても有り難いです。
チェックアウトも非常に簡単で、なにかと気忙しい朝には有り難いです。
一昔前のビジネスホテルでは考えられない位、こちらは清潔でスタッフのみなさんも丁寧で、とても快適に宿泊できました。また利用させていただきます。

あんまり無いけど、しいていえばランドリーのビニールの袋はないのかな？と思った位です。

部屋着が改善されればまた利用したい。

Cons:

禁煙の部屋を選んでなかったので、タバコの臭いが気になって、いびきが聞こえていた。

部屋着が上下のパジャマのところもあるのでイヤでした。

トイレとバスが一緒なのはイヤでした。
