Dommage que pas de parking
El empleado que nos recibió cuando llegamos nos aseguró que podíamos aparcar el coche sin problema el sábado por la mañana. Se lo preguntamos varias veces y nos lo volvió a asegurar. Seguimos sus indicaciones y nos pusieron una multa de 50€ por no poner el sábado por la mañana el papel de la OTA.
Se supone que el personal del hotel tiene que dar información contrastada, porque la multa fue por su mala información.
Muy buen trato, la habitación genial muy cómoda, la limpieza perfecta, ha sido una estancia muy agradable
Lo único que no tienen parking en el hotel, pero el personal de recepción fue muy amable explicándonos zonas de aparcamiento. Aún así repetiremos.
Room temperature 26°C and tought to get fresher. But the worst thing is the 250€ mandatory deposit that they forced me to do for "just in case". Its so shabby.
El buffet era espléndido. La habitación estaba muy limpia, cómoda. No se escuchaba ruido de la calle. Muy seguro. El personal del hotel siempre muy atentos, muy amables. Daban muy buenas indicaciones.
