Les chambres très bonne literie et très propre. Les nuits très silencieuses
Hôtel situé non loin du centre et du musée Guggenheim mais difficilement accessible pour des personnes âgées ayant du mal à se déplacer étant donné les côtes qu’il faut gravir pour y accéder.

So ziemlich nichts.
Dafür, dass das Hotel eigentlich neu ist, sind die Zimmer bereits ziemlich herunter gekommen. Klar, irgendwo wahrscheinlich auch Abnutzung mit der Zeit, dennoch auch viele Dinge die simple hätten gereinigt werden können. Es waren auch benutze Gläser im Zimmer, die waren nicht von uns. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist ganz furchtbar. Der Service spricht sogut wie kein Wort englisch, dass Frühstücksbuffet wird nicht nachgefüllt bzw mit Glück nach 30-45 min. Die Gläser für die Säfte sind fast alle dreckig. Das Servicepersonal ist unfassbar langsam auch nicht wirklich zuverlässig. Tische und Boden oft noch Stunden nach dem Frühstück schmutzig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr klein mit wenig Auswahl. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier nicht mal ansatzweise. Aus dem Wasserhahn im Badezimmer kam kein warmes Wasser. Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt.
This is a really nice hotel. It’s modern, clean and located quite central, however close neighborhood is not so charming. We loved our room. We were upgraded to a bigger room. Toilet and shower are separate and we found it comfy. Our room was spacious, clean, looked new and modern. There is a kettle in the room so you can make hot beverages. We were given also a complementary chocolate. Lady at the reception was nice. We are pleased and want to come back to Bilbao and this hotel very soon.
Nothing really. Perhaps we could have a better view from our window as we had one to another building and we saw someone’s room in their apartment

Toiletries are provided, and a kettle is available in the room.
At reception, the staff required an additional credit card guarantee (despite the fact that I had already paid via Booking.com). The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned—there were nail clippings on the floor—and there was a lot of mold (by the window and in the shower stall). The breakfast was of poor quality, made with cheap ingredients. There is an option to order made-to-order breakfast dishes from the kitchen, but the scrambled eggs were exactly the same as those in the buffet warmer. I ordered slow-cooked eggs with tomato tartare; I received a single egg and a "tartare" consisting of just one slice of tomato—definitely not enough for one person. On top of that, a spider fell on me at the reception; I brushed it off, but it climbed back onto me—not exactly the most pleasant experience.
La habitación era muy amplia, contando con una cama comodísima y una ducha muy espaciosa. Además, el desayuno era muy rico y variado.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig, das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig und war für unsere Ausflüge optimal.
In den Stosszeiten beim Frühstück hat die Besatzung, die am 04.09. übernommen hat, schnell mal die Übersicht beim Abräumen und Nachfüllen verloren. Deutlicher Unterschied zu den Tagen davor. Hier ist noch Luft nach oben.
Good value, city location, close to bus stops, comfortable bed and nice soft towels
Gym was small and not great, weird room design with shower cubicle in the middle so not much privacy, air conditioning was good but noisy which meant the room was very hot overnight and trapped heat. Street noise outside so couldn't keep window open for air either. Worth mentioning it is at the top of a couple of steep hills so access is not for everyone if you have disability or trouble walking.
