Gutes Stadthotel mit aufmerksam, hilfsbereitem und freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, dadurch aber sehr ruhig und mit ÖVM gut angebunden.

Cons:

TV - Angebot in Deutsch bzw. Englisch nicht vorhanden.

Buon compromesso per visitare Bilbao.
Cons:

Senza parcheggio interno, ho dovuto usare un parcheggio vicino a 22 euro al giorno. Distante dal centro e in salita. Zona periferica non molto bella. Bagno con doccia in camera trasparente e wc separato in un metro quadro.

Hotel is een prima plek voor een stedentrip
Pros:

Locatie is op loopafstand van het centrum en bezienswaardigheden o.a. Guggenheim museum en casco viejo, goed te doen. De hotelkamer was netjes en schoon met een fijne douchecabine. Ontbijt ook prima, ruime keuze met diverse verse producten

Cons:

Jammer dat er in de directe omgeving van het hotel weinig horecagelegenheid is om wat te eten of te drinken

Sisters break.
Pros:

Great location, staff very friendly, great breakfast, and very comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The only issue I had was that a lot of the plates and cups that were chipped which isn't great ,for hygiene reasons.

Pros:

New facility with a clean room. We got lucky and found street parking when we checked in.

Cons:

No hairdryer in the room. The bathroom was not private. You walked into the room and immediately you see the glass shower. Very small room on the outside of the main city about 15 min walk down a hill.
