The breakfast a little noisy but it’s normal. And it could have more space for (rangement)

I booked a junior suite for a week and when I arrived in the room, it was very stuffy. I was tired after my flight so I just sat on the couch while on the phone with my family. All of a sudden, I broke out in hives going from my neck to my chest and stomach. I noticed that the heat which was right next to the couch was super dusty. There was also dust behind the couch and under the table by the TV.

I went down to the front desk, explained the situation and ask if they could change my room, have it vacuumed or suggest a solution because I booked for a week and the situation was inconvenient. They said that they would send someone to check my room and based on their judgment they will see what can be done.

A lady indeed came up asking where the bugs were? I explained the situation and she immediately corrected me saying that all the rooms are perfectly clean and that the dust around the heat wasn’t dust. However, she failed to explain what it was and she proceeded to remove it with a cloth. Then, her phone rang and she was telling another woman where she was. The other lady arrived, knocked on the door and within 20 seconds she used her key and entered the room without even waiting for one of us to open the door. They were speaking Arabic and then she suggested that I ask for another room. Meanwhile, the first lady had turned the AC on for better air circulation according to her. They left and I followed them about 5 minutes after.

Once at the front desk, the manager was discussing the situation with the employees in a private room. Then, she (the manager) came and told me that according to the agents sent upstairs, my room is perfectly clean and there’s nothing wrong with it. She proceeded to say that in this hotel all of the rooms are in mint condition and that they will not change my room because it’s not going to make a difference, and they’re overbooked anyway. So I got sent back to my room with no attempts to accommodate or find a solution and no empathy.

Security in front of hotel, better food, noise level. Clean up the area to make it more safe and inviting.

Slippers should be provided in rooms.

It was impossible to sleep. Too noisy because of the highways. The pool was not clean, so we weren’t able to go for a swim. Make sure you take an earplug so you can sleep.

Quarto pequeno para quatro adultos, com sofá cama na sala que, quando aberto, ocupa praticamente a sala toda. Colchão da cama muito confortável. Colchão do sofá cama não era confortável. Ficamos 12 noites e em todas tive que pedir a quarta toalha na recepção, ao chegar à noite, porque o serviço de quarto colocava somente três, às vezes duas toalhas, após a limpeza diária. Hotel estava lotado para as festas de final de ano e havia fila para o café da manhã e dificuldade para conseguir mesa para sentar, depois das oito da manhã.

The room cleaning was very basic the floor was dirty because of the snow, I had to clean it myself most of the time knowing that we didn't have anything to mop the floor. Big flat tv screen in the room but not a Smart TV..a bit of a let down really.

Their breakfast needs some improvement, they have very limited options of food.

Café da manhã é caótico. É evidente que a estrutura não suporta a quantidade de hóspedes.

Seul détail, on entend les voitures passer , nous étions du côté du boulevard et au dernier étage avec vue vers le fleuve. Prochaine fois je prendrai un autre côté.

Service à revoir : obligé de réclamer systématiquement des serviettes supplémentaires (nous étions 4, et on nous fournissait 2 ou 3 serviettes seulement, quand ces dernières étaient chargées), pas de personnel en salle pour le petit dejeuner...
Une queue démesurée pour le petit dejeuner, pas de place assise...
Dommage l emplacement et les appartements sont vraiment bien.

They did not provide enough breakfast for everyone.
