Pros:

It is what everything is expected from a Waldorf Astoria to be!
The staff were very friendly, they were extra welcoming and handled my needs promptly and professionally.
The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, the spa was nice, and the lobby is the place were you sant to sit at before the rush of your day!
The location is the cherry on top!
