Wonderful stay from start to finish. nur at reception welcomed us so warmly, and every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. not to forget yasmeeeeen 🤍

A special thank you to Alieen at the Kids Club — she managed more than 20 kids all by herself while doing registrations, keeping every child safe, guiding them to the bathroom, and making sure everyone felt included and happy. i saw her handling one-autistic child with such patience, care, and kindness was truly amazing. Always smiling and full of energy — every kid absolutely loved her.

My goodness, just everything about the trip. You made it so special for my wife’s 30th Birthday. Thank you for all the additional support you gave me in ensuring it was the best birthday stay for her. Big shout out to Happy (poolside), Antony (luggage) and Ronaldo (luggage). To the lifeguard too sorry I didn’t catch his name. Also the gentlemen who was dedicated to us during breakfast this morning was also top class. All those people named superb customer service, polite and pleasant. Thank you to Nur and the gentlemen who helped get the team to blow up the balloons for my wife. Breakfast was superb. Roka also superb. Spa reception staff also superb. Yeshi especially kind and helpful.
