The hotel itself was decent, but the staff attitude completely ruined the experience. The service felt extremely cold and unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. None of the employees smiled or showed basic hospitality, and every interaction felt like I was bothering them or asking for something unreasonable.

I honestly felt like I was begging them for service instead of being treated as a paying guest. A hotel experience is not only about the room, but also about how guests are treated, and unfortunately the staff here were very dry, unfriendly, and lacked professionalism in customer service.
