الضيافة، رائحة المكان، سهولة الوصول للمجمع التجاري.

Cons:

عدم الإنتباه للتفاصيل الي تهم اسرتي عند الحجز رغم كان في تواصل وتوضيح الأمور لهم بشكل مسبق.
التأخر بتسليم الغرفة لنا وانتظارهم باللوبي لتجهيز الغرفة رغم اننا بلغنا راح نوصل بالوقت ووصلنا متأخر وتأخروا علينا زيادة فوق ما احنا متأخرين.
مفتاح الغرفة ما يشتغل وقفل علينا 3 مرات وبكل مره ننزل الاستقبال ويرسلون معانا فني يقعد مده يصلح بالقفل واحنا قاعدين بالممر وما حاولوا حتى يغيرون الغرفة لنا.
بشكل عام، التجربة ما تستحق المبلغ المدفوع ويحتاجون يطورون من خدمة العملاء عندهم ويحرصون اكثر على تجربة ورضى العميل.

Pros:

Staff amazingly accommodating for the guests.
Had an issue with booking the spa because fully booked but they managed to book for in house guests. Would have preferred more flexibility and longer spa session because I was staying at the hotel but still helpful staff.

Cons:

I asked for a room not near the elevator and mine was literally the first one from the elevator.

The best hotel experience in Kuwait.
Pros:

Breakfast is beyond imagination, with a great number of choices and quality pastries. The room is very big and nice; you can open and close the curtains with a button. Facility is great. They even presented a cake to my room for my birthday.

Cons:

No proper electrical socket to plug in the hair dryer in the bathroom. The toiletries and hotel amenities are weak for such a luxury hotel. Only one set of dental toiletries was provided for example. No indoor pool.

شكرا للستاف كاملا الذي جعل اقامتي في الفندق تجربة جميلة

الستاف رائع ومدرب بشكل احترافي ، costumer service عالية جدا سواء موظفين المطاعم او السبا او المسبح او الاستقبال والكونسرج ، الطعام مستواه عالي ، موقعه داخل فندق الافنيوز ممتاز جدا لترفيه اضافي

Cons:

لم يعجبني عدم تخصيص مشبح للأطفال ، لان ستايل المكان مصمم للإسترخاء وواضح انه للبالغين لكن وجود عدد كبير من الاطفال الصغار داخل مسبح واحد واضح انه ليس مخصص لهم منعني من الاسترخاء لكن بشكل عام الفندق جميل لو تم تحويل النافورة الى مسبح اطفال
