Can’t really remember anything I liked

Cons:

The hotel had 30-40 cops with several dogs that were very aggressive. Told the hotel my girlfriend is deathly afraid of dogs but they didn’t care and didn’t offer a refund so for the next two nights we left and got a hotel down the way. Lost 800$ but somehow it was worth it to me.

Pros:

There was a bed to sleep in.

I didnt like that the staff was rude and unwelcoming. The room was outdated and over priced. It was our 14th anniversary. The staff made it clear they did not care they did not want to be there. We have stayed at the Hotel in Katy and never had a problem. We will not be staying here again.

The hotel was in the center of everything, very convenient. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly, there was no disturbing noises in the hallways.
I’ll definitely stay here again.

Pros:

The hotel staff was amazing, and they offered all the things that are very helpful when traveling with family. The hotel had great breakfast and helped with any questions or concerns we had.

Cons:

The couch in our room was horrible; it had a terrible smell, a very musty smell. We do not feel it was properly cleaned from the guest before us.
