Lack of planning in both food and AC maintenance
Pros:

Room was spacious

Cons:

1. AC wasn't working and I had to repack and unpack again as they couldn't fix it and my room had to be changed
2. The buffet breakfast was over by 8.30 AM.one morning, though it is scheduled from 8-10 or so. They made customers wait and finally brought hotel food.
