Pros:

The condo itself wasn't that bad, it was clean for the most part. There were a couple of things on the bathroom floor that must have been missed when cleaning and the sofa had several stains on it and two spots where it had been sewn up with a different colored thread. The building and elevators were disgustingly nasty. I dont feel like it was worth the amount that we paid for it. We could have stayed at a nicer hotel for the same amount.

The building is under construction which is fine. The unit itself is dirty, crumbs were seen all over the floor and hair were on the sofa as well as more crumbs. The carpet in the bedroom needs to be vacuumed and shampooed. Crumbs and stains could easily be spotted.

Pros:

Super clean and spacious accommodations. The building is safe and very quiet we never heard anyone else. The rooms were bright and clean only down side is very large windows so it is bright in the morning sun as you are sleeping!

I loved this property, the apt has so much space, huge walking closet, very comfortable bed, silent place, everything you need inside the apartment, I love it very much!!! The only one thing missing is a full mirror, we had just one half mirror in the bathroom, I suggest to add a full mirror in the living area or bedroom. ( that’s all ) for the rest you have really everything! Great walkable area near everything! Great service, if you need anything they assist you right away! I’m very happy about my choice, I will come back for sure!

The room was very plainly designed. The pool was not easily found. The second showerhead did not work. The room was clean and I liked that there was coffee there and the washer and dryer was an awesome thing to have! It was exactly what we needed and all in all I was pleased.

Pros:

The condo was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the fact that it included some basic creature comforts (coffee, tide pods, extra trash bags and toiletries). The only thing I missed was having a few kitchen towels to tidy up with. Location is amazing with everything within walking distance.

Good place from which to see New Orleans.
Pros:

Convenient to the French Quarter and the Warehouse District, but in an area otherwise of little interest. The room was somewhat bare-bones, though it served of purposes very well.

Don’t believe the listing, there is a luggage storage locker that is broken not full luggage storage. The building is dirty and not secure, communication with Hosteeva is what you would expect from a giant corporation. The condo itself was great, but being stuck in a dirty lobby for multiple hours because we arrived early and were unable to access baggage storage that I had confirmed ahead of time would be available was very very frustrating. Only found out we could check in because I called, was not notified that we could check in until an hour after that. Requested late check out, failed to receive a response until the last day. Was advised multiple times that check out was moved to 11a but then housekeeping was at the door at 10:10 stating they had been told to clean our room first. Oh and there was a strange man at the door the day before saying he was from maintenance and needed to check the windows?? Not a good vibe at all.

Pros:

The condo was nice, very roomy and met our expectations! It was a bit noisy, especially when sleeping, since it is very close to a hospital. If we go back to New Orleans we would consider staying there again.

Really nice building close to the French Quarter.
Pros:

When we checked in the unit we were given had barely any furniture however after we called the Hosteva people, they quickly moved us to another unit which was much better and had furniture. The building location is great. The un-covered parking across the street is pretty dangerous to park in as evidenced by the broken windows we saw the next morning however there is a great garage 1 block away which was very reasonable. I suggest using spot hero when you are in New Orleans as parking in and around the French Quarter is very difficult to find on your own.

Great area, everything in walking distance. Room was very nice, well kept. Only complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the vent. Wish they had a better area to walk your pets.
