Muy buen lugar para hospedarse con mascota

Después de una solicitud previa nos permitieron entrar con nuestros dos perritos. A pesar de que el establecimiento también recibe mascotas era muy limpio. El personal fue amable y demostró flexibilidad respecto a las formas de pago. Sentimos que nosotros y les perres éramos bienvenides. También la alberca estaba muy limpia y la temperatura del agua agradable. Como nadé en la mañana pedí un cafecito desde la alberca y allá mismo me lo entregaron y lo agregaron a la cuenta de habitación ya que en este momento no llevaba efectivo. Buen servicio. Buen inicio del día.

Cons:

La conexión de internet no era buena mi habitación. Para mi trabajo ocupé plataformas de videoconferencia y tuve que usar mis datos móviles debido a la calidad insuficiente de la red del hotel en esta habitación.

PÉSIMO TRATO DE ENCARGADA

En booking marqué la opción VIAJO CON MASCOTA como siempre lo hago ya que viajo con perrita pequeña y educada. seleccioné 1 hab. De 1280 + extras. Al llegar pague 1480 + 200 de depósito. me dieron mi habitación y todo bien. Pero cuando salí, no quiso la SEÑORA ENCARGADA devolverme mis $200 de DEPÓSITO porque no les dije que llevaba perrita... Me dijeron que de haberles dicho me Habrían dado habitación SIN A/C para viajeros MINUSVÁLIDOS o con MASCOTA. Les dije que había marcado la opción por BOOKING y se los comprobé y esas fueron las hab que me aparecieron en la APP pero no le importó y terminé pagando 1680 total x 1 noche. ME HICIERON ENFADAR MUCHISIMO, dijeron q tenían que hacer limpieza profunda... No se me hizo justo, no volveré a pisar ese lugar. No supieron darme mi lugar como huésped. No es mi problema que no tengan bien configurado su sistema de reservas... ¿Quemarse x $200? Ese tipo de actitud tan miserable marca la diferencia cuando te hospedas en un lugar, es ridículo estar peleando con un empleado por $200, Además por ponernos a discutir se les pasó darme mi IFE, llamé por tel. y no la tienen ya. Vaya estancia. Jamás volvería y el precio wow ni que estuvieramos en donde... Pésimo servicio, Pésimo trato, inteligencia nula de esa señora miserable o de quien haya dado esa órden. No es mi intención perjudicarla pero es necesario. Soy dueño de un hotel y esa no es la forma de tratar a un cliente.
