Excellent location, excellent staff
Pros:

So close to slope in/out skiing till the last week of the season..

Cons:

The property is good for 4 people but definitely not for 6. So OK for us, but kitchen is very small and poorly stoked for 6.

La chambre mal agencé, pas de prise électrique , une douche si étroite qu’on se brûle en changeant la température de l’eau…une serviette des occupants précédents accrochée dans la salle de bain, ce qui montre la qualité du ménage…

Station géniale, mais résidence à éviter !
Pros:

emplacement de la résidence: correct

Cons:

Style vieillot de la résidence (couleurs, déco...)
Taille de l'appartement vraiment très petit ( meubles laids et encombrants), mètres carrés mal optimisés (cloisons mal disposées, balcon énorme qui ne sert à rien).
Présence de moquette (impossible à nettoyer correctement: impression de saleté)
Pas de WIFI (nous sommes en 2026 !), pas de lave vaisselle.
Système de chauffage à l'ancienne (convecteur poussif et sans inertie)
Télévision par antenne qui ne fonctionne pas (interférences dues à la présence d'une antenne 4G): coupures et freeze de l'image.
L'appartement n'a pas beaucoup été remis à jour depuis 50 ans, par contre le prix est très bien actualisé.

Sans être un séjour de luxe, l’appartement pour deux était très suffisant par contre pour 5 c’est un

Très bien situé pour le ski, à 2 pas de la piste retour facile à ski, location ski au pied de l’immeuble, supérette à 10 m de l’immeuble.
Personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Télévision inconstante car pb d’antenne, et pas de wifi cependant nous en étions avertis
Manque un grille pain et une bouilloire.
La réception est fermée entre midi et 2 le samedi on doit donc attendre mais ça tombe bien il y a deux resto avec terrasse sur les pistes qui permettent de patienter agréablement s’il fait beau!
Literie très correcte!

Pros:

The lady at the reception!! We also liked the location - on the pists and two public elevators far from la Bruyere where all the good restaurants are.
Practical studio with everything one can need. Sherpa just in front.
The fact that there was a door between the main room and the entrée.

Cons:

The smell from the cooking from other studios and apartments came in our entrée. Fortunately there was a door and the smell was blocked from penetrating the room.

La TV fonctionnait très mal, impossible de la regarder car la connexion était plus que mauvaise.
Absence de WI-FI

Pros:

Great view from sunny balcony. Well stocked shop very close by as well as two bars and restaurants, all with friendly staff. Comfortable one bedroomed fully equiped apartment. Proximity to lifts. Most importantly for us, the place is dog friendly!

Great area to visit
Pros:

The view was stunning. The staff were friendly and very helpful

Cons:

Not very clean.
Very minimal equipment. Not a lot of space for anything - could have been better laid out. Very few plug points and some didn’t work so you had to choose between lights and charging anything. No wifi!
