I loved everything about this place. It was my first time trying the pool bar and it was the perfect combo for the lazy river. I also tried out the bar on the rooftop and 10/10. The food was amazing, service was great, and the vibes were just right!!
I loved it . Everything was nice & clean . The staff was very welcoming. I’m a travel nurse from Mississippi. So to come home & be comfortable was my main priority. You guys made it happen.

Elevators were slow.
Very quiet and relaxing. Food was great! I had the chicken caprese sandwich with the sweet potato fries (I highly recommend) Alexander served me with food recommendations and he was Top Notch in service. He was very friendly and helpful
It’s a beautiful hotel. Clean and full of amenities no doubt. But the staff at this hotel took great pains to keep and locate a pillow I accidentally forgot over a prolonged period of time. They were so sweet and I can’t thank them enough. It’s so rare to have people go out of their way. The Sheraton Flowood is made great by the people that work there.
Compliments to The Chef. I’ve stayed at a lot of Marriott properties I’m a titanium and I just had to give a shout out to The Chef here at Sheraton hotel in Flowood Mississippi. These were my best grits I’ve ever had at any Marriott hotels. Cheyenne you did your thang…
The connivence I park my car and never have to leave for anything
The elevator was out on that day longer wait but not a huge issue
Our experience was exceptional started out with the lady at the desk. Her name was Clarke
The room was beautiful and service was outstanding. The AC in my room was not working and Corey and Bruce came quickly to fix it. Housekeeping was attentive and provided quick service. Room service was great the first night but the second day when I ordered room service I was told that it was unavailable and had to come to the bar to pick up my order. Overall, beautiful hotel and I will definitely return again next year for my planned business trip.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and ready before the stated checkin. The pool was exceptional and we look forward to staying again in the future.
The hotel only had one functioning elevator and the time of our visit which made wait times to use the elevator sometimes 10 minutes before you could board and ride to your floor.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay. Justin Sims is an amazing cook, and his friendly personality made the experience even better. Catherine B. Smith provided wonderful poolside entertainment that really added to the atmosphere and made the visit memorable. I truly enjoyed my time here and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality, delicious food, and excellent entertainment.
