Pros:

アメニティなどや給湯器以外はさほど問題ない

Cons:

いざ部屋に入ると、脱衣場に張り紙がありエコキュートになっているようでお湯ためてシャワーを出しすぎるとタンクが空になり朝７時になったらまたたまります。それから使えます。の張り紙があり驚きましたがムダ遣いせずシャワーを浴びようと入ったらシャワーが熱湯か水のどちらかしかでずおそらく６０℃越えのの熱湯か２０℃以下の水しか出ません。いくら調整しても無理でした。お湯は火傷するので水で仕方なく入りました。絶対おすすめできません。ガスになれば金額的にもロケーションもありです

周辺が静かった事

Cons:

ネトフリ等サブスク系サイトがテレビで見れない。
シャワーの温度が急に変わり水になったり、熱い熱湯が出たりして不快だった。

まぁビジネスホテルよか寝室と、ベッドは広かったです。

Cons:

エアコンがボロで排気口にガムテープを貼りっぱなしで効き目も悪かったです💧扇風機がないと駄目ですね。

友達の部屋に泊まった感覚

部屋が広かった

4階の部屋でしたがエレベーターが無く不便

私の主観ですが、タダでも泊まりません

まったくない

Cons:

古いのは仕方がないが、とにかく不衛生
お風呂にトイレ
いずれも最悪
今時、まだこんないい加減なホテルがあるのかと驚愕
部屋にいるだけでカビを吸っているようで、体調が悪くなり、我慢できず別のホテルを予約

Avoid at all cost.

Location. Decent Wi-Fi

Cons:

I hope you like uncomfortable mattresses and contrast showers. Most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on. Shower will switch between scolding hot and freezing cold water at random every 30 seconds to couple minutes.
TV doesn't have YouTube or Netflix.
Everything is very old and dated. Dishes and utensils were dirty.
