Luxurious stay !
Pros:

Stayed at The Langham, Jakarta and this place really understands what true luxury means, located in District 8 SCBD, the location is very strategic in the heart of Jakarta business district. They have Ashta mall adjacent to the hotel.

And from the moment I walked in, everything felt intentional, one of best unique design for five star hotel. The service was sharp, the energy was calm, and the attention to detail was on point.

The room was beautifully designed, but more importantly very unique and has a cityscape view of Jakarta. Everything felt so luxurious.

What I also appreciate is the consistency from the food, the ambiance, to the overall experience. Nothing felt random, everything felt curated.

All the facilities here also very well maintained, they have indoor and outdoor pool, gym, spa. You should experience dining at Tom Aiken restaurant, they have a very beautiful view of the city and the food also very delicious and tasteful. I love the design of the restaurant.

Definitely a place I’d come back to.

Disappointing
Pros:

The room was nice but did not exactly scream luxury. The pillows were too soft, there was hair from the previous guest left unclean in the shower area. The internet connection was extremely poor. The AC was not cold enough. There was a confusion among the staff about EV charging facilities. For the price we paid and the big Langham brand, we expected meticulous attention to every single detail and this wasn’t the case.

Not worth the amount of money we spent.
Pros:

The location was convenient and the breakfast was beyond our expectations.

Cons:

The internet connection was unstable, which also affected the TV cable connection. The room air conditioner didn’t work well, even after the technician came by and fixed the setting. We ended up sweating in the middle of the night. Another unpleasant surprise was when I encountered a blonde hair in the shower area (assuming from the previous guest staying in the room).

During our stay, Mr. Dzaky kindly assisted us to ensure that our reservation went smoothly without any issues. During breakfast, Aurel went above and beyond by recommending a variety of dishes and creating a memorable first-time culinary experience in Indonesia for my father-in-law. At check-out, Fenny handled everything with exceptional kindness and efficiency.

Thanks to their professionalism and warm hospitality—covering areas I could not personally manage—my father-in-law and mother-in-law were able to fully enjoy their trip to Indonesia and conclude it with wonderful memories.

I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to the Michelin 2-star Langham Hotel and the entire team for making this trip truly perfect.

Simply Superb
Pros:

The entire stay had been faultless. From the check in to the check out everything was seemless. The service was exceptional every interaction we had. A special thanks to Putu Angga, Winnie and Yuke.
The Club lounge is excellent and well worth the extra cost
