It is undoubtedly one of the most luxurious hotels in the whole country; it’s new and extremely well maintained. I loved everything, from the friendliness of the staff to the attention to detail in the rooms.

I stayed for 3 nights and unfortunately had a consistently poor experience due to noise levels in the room. The soundproofing is inadequate - despite being on the 57th floor, I could clearly hear street noise throughout the night.
This was not an isolated case. Colleagues staying on significantly higher floors (e.g. 60th floor) reported similar issues, including loud, persistent thumping music from the rooftop bar. This suggests the problem is systemic rather than room specific.
For a hotel of this standard, the level of noise insulation is below expectations and significantly detracts from guest comfort and rest quality. This should be a priority area for improvement.
We appreciated everything the hotel offered, from the arrival, to the room, breakfast, the lounge and the neighborhood. A great staycation in Jakarta.

Stayed for four days on business. Check-in was disappointing: I arrived at noon and was told I’d receive a WhatsApp message within 30 minutes when my room was ready, but never received one. When I returned 90 minutes later, I learned the room had been ready all along. The room itself was excellent, though the bottled water caps were unusually difficult to open and the coffee machine only dispensed espresso-sized servings when a lungo was selected. The steam room in the men’s changing area at the open air pool, appeared to have a fault, continuously emitting steam and severely limiting visibility. A highlight was the thoughtful turndown service, with staff remembering my preference for camomile tea.
Everything was great, above my expectations. All staff are very nice and very helpful. Thank you Merry, Nidya, Cindy, and Bryan for being very helpful. Will be on the list of my favorite hotel.
I came to Langham with some reservations, unsure of how ready your team is to handle out struck requirements for our players. You proved me wrong!

The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay fantastic. A special callout to Eveline (concierge), Nilla (Artesian) and sous chef Fauzy - who all treated us like royalty. But all the staff are so great. The room was very clean, and spacious (as hotel rooms go) and the facilities fantastic. This was a return visit to the Langham and it was like going to see old friends!!
The lift arrangements are confusing ! But we got used to it !!!
We had a lovely 4D3N stay at The Langham Jakarta. During check-in, our initial room was not ready, but Faahry Sandra handled the situation very well and upgraded us to a Club Executive King Room. He also personally escorted us and invited us to the Club Lounge for afternoon tea.
We were pleasantly surprised with a bouquet, handwritten card, and a lovely birthday surprise for my sister during our stay.
Special thanks to Mizan for assisting with our luggage on departure. Overall, the service recovery and hospitality were excellent, and we had a very memorable stay.
I will be back and stay with the same hotel. It makes me feel so good and well respected. On top of it, I felt safe.
Top notch service, excellent location, classy and chic ambience. First stay but definitely will be my go-to hotel for future Jakarta trips.
