Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great breakfast. Customer service could be improved
Pros:

Excellent food variety and quality. The Japanese toilet and indoor pool were wonderful additions to the stay.

Cons:

The bed was too soft and could be firmer. The staff were nice, but could be more friendly and welcoming with a smile.
The stay felt more self-service compared to the experience at 5-star hotels in Bali. Most 5-star hotels in other cities, such as Bandung and Bali, other cities in Java island and they offer complimentary welcome drinks and afternoon tea.

Decor room at The Langham
Pros:

Always had a really lovely stay at The Langham, Jakarta. Everything went smooth and super comfortable.

Big thanks to ka Cindy, ka Rizal, and ka Nidya, they were the heroes who helped decorate the room and made everything look so beautiful. 🥹🥹🩷
Their help and kindness truly made the stay extra special.

Whole experience was amazing. My fav hotel in jkt no doubt 🫶🏻

Luxury stay, use the ear plugs.
Pros:

Great stay! Amazing luxury hotel.
Location is great, within walking distance to a mall and grocery store.

Service was unbeatable.
Staff were so courteous and always so helpful. Any requests were met quickly.

Food delicious, with the buffet having a wide variety. Room service also had a great selection.

Rooms were spacious and decor beautiful, matching the entire hotel.
One thing that was annoying was the windows are not sound proof.
We could clearly hear a club which was outside the hotel. One night the music was pumping so loudly and it ran from 8pm to 6am the next day (Christmas event).
We had initially wondered why the hotel had provided ear plugs in the room, which after this night, ended up making sense. Perhaps a different side of the hotel will avoid this.

One of the best Luxury hotel in Jakarta!
Pros:

Hardware is new and the hotel's design & decoration are stylish, staff are all friendly with smiles and helpful.
Ms. Talita and Ms. Nydia from the front desk, Mr. Bigus from Alice and Mr. Imam from the Concierge team provided excellent service during my stay. They are definitely the reason I will come back.
