Pros:

It was a pleasant stay at Sunview Hotel Da Nang Vietnam. The Staff gave an excellent customer service. The buffet breakfast is very good.

近くのカラオケバーの騒音が気になりましたが、ビーチリゾートの一面と考えれば許容できるかと思います。
近くに牛丼を食べることのできる店があり、重宝しました。

Pros:

予約の際に窓がある部屋を予約しましたが実際は窓のないお部屋でミーケー・ビーチが見えず残念でしたが歩いて行ける距離でローカルフードやスーパーが近くてよかったです。

Pros:

We booked 3 rooms for 4 nights and 5 days.
The first night we arrived we couldn't use the lift, so we carried our suitcases up a half spiral staircase to the lobby.
We wanted hot water to take a shower but 2 rooms had only cold water.
I changed the room but still cold water came out.
So we couldn't have a hot water shower for the whole stay. We only had cold water shower so we got a cold.
They offered me the refund of about $5 for each room of inconvenience but I asked for 2 rooms for late check out; 12:00 to 6:00pm.

There was a cockroach in the room, the breakfast area was so full of flies it was quite hard to stay comfortable.
But the staff were all very nice.

Würde gerne länger bleiben
Pros:

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Alles was man braucht (AC, TV, Kühlschrank, Föhn…) war da. Zimmer wurde gut gepflegt. Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir noch Marmelade gewünscht, bin dennoch satt geworden (frisches Obst, Toast, Eier, …). Natürlich gab es auch mehrere warme Gerichte.
Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Günstige (gut!) Restaurant nebenan.
Wer keine zu großen Ansprüche hat, ist hier gut aufgehoben.
