Pros:

There was some yelling screaming around 1am outside my window, but that's not the hotels fault. It was a little creepy being in a basement but it turned out okay! Room was clean, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine all worked, water pressure for shower was great, plenty of hot water, and that was great.

I expected different at my stay.
Pros:

The room size was good enough for us.

Cons:

The TV had no kid channels and one of my tv’s didn’t have channels at all. Remotes to tv’s were bad.
I had to go downstairs to the desk to get my own clean towels, more toilet paper and everything else I needed. I was asked if I wanted room to be done I said yes and all they did was give me new towels.
Pool had way too much chlorine and was so uncomfortable for my kids eyes and nose.
There was also a really bad odor coming from turning the heater on in the room.
Plus we had so many dead ladybugs in all the windows.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Fantastic pool, hot tub and sauna, and a quaint little game room that was fun!

Cons:

Lots of kids in the pool area until it closed. I recommend an "adult hour" from like 930 to close. Just the last hour so adults who dont have kids with can enjoy an hour of kid free time relaxing in the hot tub.
