Pros:

The location near to the shops pubs and the canal

Cons:

No one at the hotel to welcome we had to go to the pub to complain twice about problems in the room we booked this hotel because we seen it on the tv programme four in a bed but to our disappointment they cared more about the pub than the hotel there was a few cleaning issues and with some items In the hotel what was missing but saying that the young lad behind the bar sorted the problems out also it should be up to the landlord discretion to ask for 25 pound deposit In case you wreck the room and the end of the day im 68 and my wife is 59 do you really think at our age we going to cause problems would we stay there again yes because of where it is all we are saying you need to up your game a bit don't let it go down hill through neglect

The location was great with Asda and Aldi near. Checking in and out was easy.

Cons:

Can be a little noisy with the pub especially on a weekend but overall everything was fine.

Been a few times now and always enjoyed staying there very warm in rooms but weather has been exceptionally hot so no problem will be staying there again when we go back thank you.
