Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended
Pros:

The only thing we liked was the outside of the resort area

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay at this resort was very disappointing, and based on our experience, I cannot recommend it, especially for families with young children.

First, the carpet in our room was extremely dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. Even basic amenities such as coffee packs were very limited.

A much bigger issue was the noise and lack of support from the hotel staff. We contacted the staff for assistance, but they were not helpful in resolving the problem.

The most concerning issue was that some guests were barbecuing and cooking meat directly in front of our room's window and air-conditioning unit. The smoke and strong cooking smell entered our room through the AC and made the room very unpleasant. We had to air out the room for a long time and use air freshener/spray to try to remove the smell. This was particularly concerning because we were staying with children and a pregnant family member, and we did not feel that repeatedly breathing smoke and strong odors inside the room was acceptable.

When we asked the staff to check the smell in our room, instead of properly investigating the issue, we were simply told that the corridor smelled fine and the room was not considered unsuitable to stay in. This response was very disappointing because the problem was specifically inside our room, not in the corridor.

The resort appears to have a designated barbecue area, but this did not seem to be properly enforced. Guests were cooking and barbecuing in different areas close to rooms, windows, and air-conditioning units. In my opinion, management should enforce designated cooking areas much more strictly, both for the comfort and safety of other guests.

Overall, the combination of the dirty carpet, inadequate room amenities, noise, barbecue smoke entering our room, and the staff's poor handling of our complaints resulted in a very unpleasant stay.

Loved the forest feel, and the mini golf.
Pros:

Mini golf (loved the forest feel of it) kids also loved it, and outdoor pool/playground. Loved being in the middle of basically no where too, felt quiet and peaceful. Bed felt comfy.

Cons:

Old/dried sauce or something in vents. Toilet paper holder barely hanging on, facing up right, and not attached to wall.

Pros:

Pros:

Breakfast cane be improved with more items

Cons:

Loud music created by Indian students just for pool party. They had alcohol in the pool. They just came for party and did not stay. This creates very bad reputation for the resort.

Great rooms, good location but the breakfasts need to be improved.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. We got upgraded and had the bridal suite! It was very big, complete with hot tub! The bed was huge and comfy and we really wanted to take the pillows, they were so comfortable (we didn't). It;s easy to get to, close to the local amenities.

Cons:

The breakfast was a continental and could have been better.
