A very nice stay
Pros:

The woman at the front desk were amazing. The pool, the gym, my room...Everythings was perfect and i plan to return at this place.

Cons:

The only things that bothered me was that the breakfast was at 7h30 and i had to leave between 6 and 7. I had a little problem with my door card but the lady at the reception desk have done it’s best to help me.

Good value in an easy to reach location.
Pros:

The place is right next to Highway 400, but the living quarters are behind the main building and are pretty quiet. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast was very filling. They had ATV tours on offer, which we didn't take but thought they were good value.

Cons:

The mattress wasn't too comfortable - it was soft, which meant the two of us kept waking each other up every time we moved. The AC was blowing cold air over us intermittently to maintain the set temperature. The outdoor pool wasn't open at the end of June.

Pros:

I love staying here we come often. The pool is the best and beds are super comfy. Breakfast is great too. Front desk staff are so wonderful.

Cons:

I didnt like that even with the do not disturb sign on the door I still got woken up before 10am with someone asking if I need towels. Although that was a super kind offer I go there just to get away so I can get some sleep.. that's the only thing. Everything else was perfect

Cons:

I was very disappointed that I wasn't able to sleep because of a party at the staff cottage. So I asked for a later checkout so I could get a few more hours sleep and I was told that I had to pay extra for that regardless of weather I got sleep or not so we decided to just check out and I was given 15% back off the price of the room for the 1 night which I did appreciate and I also got an apology from the owner himself.

AMAZING STAY!!! ❤️
Pros:

Everything! The rooms are gorgeous! Beds are so comfy I slept like a baby. The staff are all amazing! Food was great at the restaurant as well as the free breakfast it was so great the waffles 🧇 were a huge hit for us we loved them! We booked one night and extended our stay and honestly I just want to stay forever its been that great! The pool was so nice and warm then we checked out the sauna that was so nice since im getting older im always cold so that was a favorite place for me 🙂 They have an awesome gym area as well as they rent out ATVs which is so fun! There's also a nice playground for the kids and the prices here are great but the staff are what made our stay most memorable they were all such beautiful people. Thank you Jolly Roger you will definitely be seeing us lots more 😊 ❤️

Cons:

Just the weather but thats outta their control can't blame the hotel for the rain lol! 😊
