Cons:

Parking was very pricey. You have to carry heavy chairs and umbrella to the beach. One garage space and no free guest parking for day visitor. Kitchen barely equipped and no blender. Sofa and chairs in the living room are extremely uncomfortable-like sitting on stiff cardboard. No makeup mirror nor clock in the bedroom. Second bedroom is the size of a small walk-in closet only big enough for a twin sofa bed. Also the shower diverter needs to be replaced.

Great stay close to the beach with a rooftop pool and bar.
Pros:

The property provides umbrellas and beach chairs and it's very close to the beach. The staff was also very informative and polite.

On Saturday, June 27, I had trouble with the remote control batteries; someone told me via text message that they would bring up replacements, but that never happened. I also asked for help accessing an app on the TV, but the request was denied, and in the end, we couldn't watch TV. Although it might seem insignificant, this kind of thing makes the overall experience less than ideal.
