Overall it’s a quiet facility and I feel safe in the area. The comfort of the bed is ok.
Pros:

Hotel seem safe and parking was well lit.

Cons:

My room wasn’t that clean. I found little dry black bugs on the nightstand. The bed isn’t comfy it’s a little too soft for my liking.

Convenient stopping off point. Good parking. New.

Cons:

Sorry to say that us Gold card members get less than no acknowledgement or value from the status. Shame on you Hilton! With what you did (removed) my points during COVID, that's my loyalty gone...

They made my stay feel like being home with friends & family.
Pros:

The manager Brandi and ALL the staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating and responsive. I was able to recover from surgery and relax.
