helpful staff great stay
Pros:

the room had a great night view and the service was excellent. all staff was helpful from the moment we checked in until check out the next day. though the room didn't come with amenities, the room was still clean and we enjoyed our one night stay

I stayed at Starlet Hotel BSD City recently and honestly, it was way better than I expected. The lobby looked super clean and modern, which gave a really nice first impression. The room was tidy, cozy, and comfortable—perfect for resting after a long day. Everything felt fresh and well-kept. What I liked most was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone I interacted with was polite and really made an effort to make my stay pleasant. Also, the location is super convenient—close to malls, cafes, and public transport, so it was easy to get around. If you’re looking for a simple, clean, and comfy place to stay in BSD without spending too much, I’d totally recommend this hotel!

Pros:

Very good grooming to all Staff, especially Operation Manager (Mbak Dina).
Great location due to nearby good business & amusement building and also groceries.
Besides Hotel has 24 hours mini market is one of added value .
Should be improve for parking lot.

Good Night to Stay Here for an Exhausting Day
Pros:

The room is small, simple, minimalist, but comfortable at all. The bathroom is clean and water heater works so well. I think I would recommend this hotel for whom having an exhausting day for business trips, here is the check in procedure is so simple and fast.

Pros:

Cozy and modern hotel with great neighboor easy to find near to public place such as ICE BSD where i have an event there also the employee was very nice while arriving and check in also they have minimarket at the lobby hotel for sure its great hotel

excellent service overall, clean room, located near ice bsd, definitely will come again next time for concert at ice bsd. theres also alfamart inside the building which makes the stay even more pleasant. kalau boleh saran kebersihan kamar mandi bisa ditingkatkan lagi. thank you!

A good place to stay for one night
Pros:

Clean room, great location in Tangerang Selatan, very friendly staff

Cons:

Noisy at night, toiletries were minimum. I was asked to pay extra if I needed toothbrush and toothpaste.

The room is only a little bigger than the bed. perfect for a nap, not for a stay.
Pros:

It is perfect for people who only needs to get a place to sleep or quick transfer.

Cons:

The floor was "cleaned", but there is something that they used for the floor; it left an uncomfortable texture on the feet, like greasy or something. We had to wear sandals inside. The bathroom could use a bit more scrubbing.
