Рядом с аэропортом, reception пытается говорить на английском
Pros:

Очень близко от аэропорта, 15-25 минут. недорогие номера в соотношении цена/качество.
Депозит на Алипэй возвращают через минуты после чек-аута.

Cons:

Очень неприятный запах в номере. Субъективно, номер прокуренный и до конца не проветренный.
Вне Китая невозможно узнать корректный адрес отеля. На Букинге указан один, в отзывах стороннего сервиса предупредили, что отель в другом месте, у нас по факту он оказался в третьем месте. Показывал таксисту на китайском страницу с бронью, он не знал это место. Подсказали другие таксисты. Отель прислал новый адрес - Jinke Road, Xixian New Area, Xi'an, Shaanxi, может он как-то вам поможет.
Имейте юаней больше, чем стоимость проживания. Я про это не подумал и долго не могли принять решение, как списать 500 юаней. В итоге заморозили 100.
Отвечают на Букинг по 3-4 дня.
Завтраки для китайцев, туристу найти что-то свое можно, но на многое не рассчитывайте.

Amazing hotel and staff but wrong location on google maps
Pros:

The staff was so friendly it was such a quiet neighbourhood and beautiful parks everywhere. there’s a convenience store two minutes from The Hotel. Only issue was the location was incorrect on Google Maps

Super hotel. Nowy i nowoczesny. Przemiły personel. Mimo, że nie mówią po angielsku, nie ma problemów z komunikacją, bo używają translatorów. Rewelacyjna restauracja na parterze. Świeże owoce morza, sushi, potrawy na gorąco, steki i czego dusza zapragnie w bardzo przystępnej cenie. Wszystko przepyszne. Bardzo dobre śniadania w tej samej restauracji. Duży wybór, także w wersji europejskiej. Desery, cudowne. Rewelacyjny hotel, położony w nowej dzielnicy, gdzie wciąż budują się osiedla. Bardzo czysto, pokoje bardzo duże. Umywalka w pokoju, a nie w łazience, co jest standardem w Chinach, ale są przesuwane drzwi, które oddzielają pokój od reszty. Po hotelu jeżdżą roboty. Bardzo mi się podobało.

Overall good, but strong cigarette smell in room
Pros:

Overall a nice stay. Brand new well maintained hotel. Great design, very good breakfast, nice staff. BUT: strong cigarette smell coming in though the air-condition all night. Horrible!

nice for 1 night on the way to downtown Xi An for late arrival at airport

location not far from the airport. Nice sculpture and seating in the main lobby. Breakfast is fine but not exceptionnal. love the signages design.

Cons:

nothing around but we just stayed 1 night so it was ok. Nobody to help us carry our luggage or maybe we should have asked?
Sometimes, too much technology kill you, everything was controlled by the control board. You lose time to pull the curtains with it while in few seconds you can adjust the sheer and blackout curtains manually

just one night stop over in Xi’an, brand new hotel, great breakfast and comfortable room
