Muito bom preço para o espaço que é. Sala ampla com cozinha, quarto (não muito grande), mas bastante confortável. E tem rooftop.

There was nothing that bad if I’m being honest, aside from a roof top of the next building that we could see from our window, where there was a dead bird when we arrived, but that’s not in control of yourselves.

Patul este foarte mic confortabil doar pentru o persoana scartaia din toate locurile , camera la fel e un mini studio , curetenie nu sa facut deloc in 3 nopti ! Trebuie sa mergi singur sa iti schimbi prosoapele !
Iar la check-in trebuie sa platesti 100E garantie de care nu esti anuntat!
Eu am fost foarte dezamagit de servicii

Het appartement in zijn geheel. Heel modern, afgewerkt. Ook het gebouw met zijn rooftop was top in orde.

Sconsigliato!

Struttura vicino alla metro, abbastanza centrale

Cons:

Il check in digitale non funzionava, siamo arrivati alle 20 in struttura, siamo entrati in camera alle 21.30, un ora e mezza, potrebbe non sembrare un problema, ma siamo partiti alle 6 dall Italia, dopo una giornata avanti e indietro, con un appuntamento di lavoro l'indomani a Madrid, all arrivo vuoi entrare in camera e non aspettare 2 ore.

La zona e molto rumorosa, il quartiere molto sporco, la struttura tutto sommato si presenta bene.

Bien si vous arrivez en voiture et ne souhaitez pas les pieds dehors
Pros:

L’appartement en tant que tel est bien, salle de bain propre même si tout n’était pas nickel (traces sur la tête de lit et les murs)

Cons:

Demande de pré-autorisation qui s’affiche sur l’écran de la borne automatique comme un paiement. Quartier vraiment inconfortable incluant un campement illégal important sur le terrain vague adjacent à l’établissement engendrant un sentiment d’insécurité et pas mal de bruit durant la nuit. Nous n’avons vu personne à l’accueil ni surveiller les lieux.
