Great location, unique furnishings, very comfortable and clean!
Pros:

Location great; facilities feel fresh, new, clean. Liked the common area with a gas fireplace, wine and beer taps, snacks for purchase and free coffee and tea; loved the Cornell school spirit! Friendly staff delivered a package to my room rather than waiting for me to come down for it- was appreciated!

Cons:

Room needs luggage stand, iron/ironing board; mattress needs to be shifted (one side was saggy); wish front desk could have been more helpful about walking path nearby, local restaurants (I did ultimately get some suggestions but staff seemed stumped at first) Maybe some local maps of campus or the commons and a list of nearby recommended restaurants on hand would help!

I enjoyed my stay and will probably staying again if traveling for business by myself.
Pros:

I loved the location of The Dorm given I wanted to walk the Cornell Campus on 9/10 after a business meeting in the evening of 9/9. I was pleased there was free parking available. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Given the room was supposed to be a dorm room - it met all my expectations. I'd say for me, my stay there was largely due to its proximity to the Cornell Campus. I think if I stay next time, I'd prefer a room on the top floor, the person who stayed in the room above me was rather loud.

Cons:

The gentleman that checked me in wasn't very friendly. He explained where my room was, but it wasn't very clear to me. And it wasn't clear to me that I would need to walk up a small set of stairs with luggage that was heavy. The gentleman that checked me in did help with bringing my suitcase up the set of stairs; I appreciated that. Next time I'd prefer to stay on the top floor so I could wheel my luggage to the main entry and use the elevator (no stairs). I'm not a wine or beer drinker; a better selection of non-alcoholic drinks would have been nice.

Cons:

The a/c in the room was very loud and I was not able to sleep.

Cons:

החדרים היו קטנטנים. בעוד שבהזמנה היה כתוב שכל חדר מתאים לשלושה מבוגרים - בפועל החדרים כללו רק מיטה זוגית ומעט מאוד מקום מעבר לכך. לא יכולנו להישאר שם.

Pros:

Have been here before it was renovated. Great location, and was all we needed.

Cons:

Not so bad but high bed means shorter people need the stool (provided) to get into bed

Decent stay for the price, good if you want to just sleep and not spend much time in the hotel.
Pros:

Location was good and the price was decent compared to others.

Cons:

The room was small, AC was not working they had an AC unit installed but it was noisy. Additionally the was sink in the room not the bathroom which was not very hygienic.
