When i chake in the room, it is full of mosquitoes, and i ask for a chang room they chang the room and a lot room on the 2nd floor, and after 1 day, AC is not working weather is very hot i have complaint at 8 pm and up to 11pm no one take enishetiv to solve probalem and after they chang my room 11pm in night in other room AC blower is not working it was so uncomfortable AC air is hit to body ,food service is very bed serv uncooked chapati in food and when requests for replacement take so long bye the time food gets cold and uneatbal

Terrible service from the reception guy.
Pros:

What i like there in Treebo are food and the location that its easy accessible. Receptionist and Security persons are very arrogant and unrofessional. I will never suggest anyone to this hotel. If anyone want to go there you can just go and have food thats okay, dont expect any good service and professional touch from the receptionists. Even security person dont care about their customers. Will never visit this hotel again.

"I had a terrible experience at Treebo Hotel. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I arrived, instead of welcoming me, they acted annoyed and barely acknowledged me. I had to wait for an unusually long time for check-in, the receptionist gave me a dismissive attitude and didn't even apologize. This was completely unacceptable and left me with a very bad first impression of the hotel. I expect much better customer service, especially from a well-known brand like Treebo. I won't be returning anytime soon.

The ambience was amazing !! Calm and serene. The suite room was indeed a class of its own !! The staff was cordial.

Cons:

The water supply in the wash room was yellowish in colour which was repulsive. The floor wasn't cleaned properly as thick dirt stuck to the feet. The complimentary breakfast spread was disappointing !! No juice !! No fruits !! They really need to focus on a professional overhaul.

Cons:

Hotel room was filled with cigarette smoke and were not able to breath and sleep. Food waiting time at the hotel cafeteria was way too high. The menu items were limited. Not much options available when ordering.

The hotel is easily accessible as it is located alongside the national highway. The parking area was spacious and well-maintained, adding to the convenience.

Cons:

I had a disappointing experience at Treebo Premium Travancore Palace Cherthala. The front desk was unprofessional and unprepared, showing no readiness to welcome us. They did not provide basic information about the venue, facilities, or breakfast timings. I only learned about the breakfast coupon after the restaurant staff asked for it. Additionally, the staff who showed us to our room skipped a walkthrough, so my father couldn’t figure out how to use the TV.

Our room, located next to the pool, was noisy until 1 a.m., and the toilet was poorly cleaned with visible stains. The shower drainage was clogged, leaving water stagnant in the area for over an hour. Furthermore, the staff were rude to my mother while she was retrieving something from the car but polite to me when I intervened, which highlighted their discriminatory behavior.

Despite Booking.com stating that payment could be made at the venue, I was pressured to pay in full two days in advance, causing unnecessary stress. The staff remained inflexible over the phone, but upon arrival, the venue was not busy, and payment was accepted at check-in without issue.

These issues were entirely avoidable. The management must improve their professionalism, ensure better communication with guests, and honor Booking.com’s stated payment terms to avoid creating such stressful and unpleasant experiences, especially for international travelers.
