Very clean and well located but some uncomfortable oddities, like the sofa. (Extra deep and seemed to be missing the support on the bottom? Hard to get off of)

Clean and great experience

Amazing place to stay. Clean, comfortable, had everything I needed. Very spacious and secure. Only issue I had was the keypad on the apartment door.

I loved the concept of a home away from home. All the conveniences of being at home while away. Everything was cleaned and stay was well stocked for all needs. Only thing missing was a keurig. lol. Seriously this will be my go to place for Charlotte from now on.

Love security and home feeling amenities (kitchen, bathroom , laundry etc)

Having stayed at a different Kasa property I can say that the experience was the same but with free parking lol
I would easily stay at either of the Kasa properties without a second thought.

Shady company. Gave us a smaller room than what we paid for. Falsely advertise rooms. The room we got a “studio” is not even shown on the website. Asked for a refund and refused to even tho we booked 4 nights and stayed for 1. Extreme noise from surrounding and above units. Broken bed frame. We booked through Expedia and management lied to them and made up a false maintenance issue for the reason we left early. DO NOT BOOK HERE !!! Willingly take people’s money knowing they’re screwing then over and then lie about. When we requested a phone call we never got one. Shady shady place

I had a wonderful stay at this property. One of the things I appreciated most was how safe I felt throughout my time there, especially knowing that they have 24/7 police protection. The environment was comfortable, secure, and well maintained, which really gave me peace of mind. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to stay.

The property was clean and reminiscent of a home, however I would never recommend or stay here again. The check in process was unnecessarily complicated because of automation and we were harassed by emails due to noise sensors going off due to no fault of our own. We were long gone from the property and we received quite a few emails threatening removal if the noise didn't stop. Come to find out, there were fire alarms that went off, not in our room, that triggered the sensors. Ultimately, it was an unexpected and unnecessarily inconvenience to our trip.

Directions, descriptions, and signage were very poor. The property is a large apartment community with signs that state things like "parking for apartment residents only". Our reservation stated that we were in the "main building", but there isn't any indication of which building is the "main" building and the numbers on the buildings didn't match the address on the listing.
After figuring out the building and parking lot situation, we unloaded our cars and approached the secured, locked entry doors. The door code did not work after repeated tries, to the point that we asked a resident who was on their balcony to let us in. Another couple who were staying there (not living there) said that they had the same issue, so we chalked it up as a finicky door. Once arriving in the unit it was clean and spacious, which was like the other Kasa stays I have experienced. However, there was not any information telling you where the pool and game room were (as advertised) nor how to access them. There were what clearly were pool access keys hanging by the front door, but my kids (22, 18, 16) didn't know where the pool actually was. They didn't go outside of the gated parking area and weren't about to go wandering around the neighborhood in the dark, so they returned to our unit stating that they couldn't find the pool and game room. :(
Then, to put the icing on the cake, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and we didn't get any sleep.

I enjoyed everything other than the fact that I had to clean both bathroom tubs because when I came, it was dirty. There were no cleaning products on site and the housekeeper came the next morning and told me she had cleaned the bathroom, but I showed her pictures that showed otherwise. She then offered to bleach it for me and I accepted because I had to use dish soap to clean the tubs. Another thing they need to do better with is communication and not having people jump through hoops to understand what the wristbands are for. My four year-old thought it was something he could keep but it turns out it was for the pools. This information was found by me on checkout day when I was already three hours away from the property so in good faith, I contacted the company and they told me to mail it with a tracking number. Apparently they consider this an access item but the check out information and detail details that were sent to me regarding the property does not say that the wristbands were considered access items. It only states the fobs were. So my feedback is do better with signage. The same way you guys have signs for the valet trash you should have signs above the key rack that states the wristbands are for the amenities and not to keep. We just thought they were used for advertisement. Don’t get caught up paying a large fee for a silicone bracelet.

We love staying at the Kasa. It has everything that is needed for your stay and is always clean and nice.

Book this lodging for your stay. It's a complete win. Communication for extra amenities was quick. The room came fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods. The room was very clean. Washer and dryer in the room so you can wash your clothes or bedding as needed. Full kitchen. Plenty of cookware. Salt, pepper, and olive oil as well as a selection of coffee and tea. Had zero problem with a Walmart grocery delivery. A beautiful pool and club house to use at your leisure. There is a grill on property that is easily accessible. Valet Trash from your front door. This place checked all the boxes and more. I frequent Charlotte and will absolutely return.

I really enjoyed this spot and everything was so clean and organized just an all around great visit and so quiet too

we enjoyed that the property was close to airport and downtown charlotte. easily accessible to grocery and restaurants. communication was great. Only complaint we had was the cleanliness of the pool, a lot of debris at the bottom of pool along with bugs and the pool chairs weren't clean. Other than that we were happy and would use this property again.
