Beautiful boutique hotel surrounded by different japanese tie dye shops. It is near our car rental shop. We booked a Japanese king suite and it is very spacious for three of us. Being an architect and lighting designer, we love its deco especially its lighting in the room and throughout the whole hotel.

The apartment was a good size with two double beds and a small corner sofa. Kitchen was a hotplate and microwave (suitable for our 5 night stay), crockery and cutlery. Beds were very comfortable and the pyjamas an unexpected bonus as were the amenities available in the foyer. Location wise, the train station was easily accessible by bus with only a 3-4 minute walk to bus stops (trip took less than 10 mins). Taxi to train station with bags on the last day was also reasonable ($AUD $15). Washing machine and dryer on every floor was very handy (300 yen for machine and free dryer). Supermarket (Life) was a few minutes away and had a very large range of products. Highly recommended.
I think some instructions in English for the microwave and hotplate would be helpful (iPhone translation not always clear). A sharp knife and cutting board would also be good.
裝潢風格很有古典美、房間空間很大，備品放在一樓可自取也很方便。廚房有提供基礎鍋具、廚具和碗盤餐具，但沒有提供刀具和剪刀。
附近走路三分鐘就有兩家超市，距離市營地鐵四条站、阪急大宮站、嵐電四条大宮站都很近，大約都是走路15分鐘可以到的路程，公車站也很多很便利。
距離祇園、錦市場也不遠，如果不怕走路，慢慢散步約20分鐘左右都可以到，整體生活機能算是很方便。
洗澡水有時候忽冷忽熱，但大致上還不會造成很嚴重的困擾。
El alojamiento estaba en perfectas condiciones, muy limpio y la recepción fue super amable y cercana. El barrio está bien comunicado, es tranquilo y no hubo ningún problema en ningún momento
