Чистый современный отель. Регистрация только через планшет на ресепшене. Не сложно,но чуть времени требует. Номер чистый и аккуратный.Рядом с автовокзалом.

This is a good location & good property for staying in Shinjuku
Pros:

Good location, 2 bedroom & 2 washrooms & 2 bathrooms

Cons:

No plates/ dishes & cutlery provided. No room cleaning was done during our 5 night stay.

No guidance for where to throw the garbage.

Pros:

It's close to subway station, a 10-15min walk from Godzilla in Shinjuku .. not a bad after dinner walk with family. Easy check in/out. Quiet neighbourhood

Cons:

Really small rooms but that was the expectation going in. The A/C unit had a moldy smell air blowing out, contacted local staff and was told to blast cold air for a day but still the smell didn't really go away during our stay... may be it was just our room. Had to live through that for 2 nights.

Small but packed with absolutely everything you could ever need and in a great location
Pros:

Super easy check in process, and they provide all the amenities you could possibly need during your stay. Just a short walk away from all the main areas of shinjuku, but far enough away that the area around the hotel is very peaceful at night. Huge amount of under-bed storage. Would definitely recommend this place.

Cons:

Things can get a little messy when you’re getting ready as there not many places to put things down on other than the bed, and it’s a little tight on space so we had to take turns or else we’d be standing on each others toes - however this did not dampen our stay and we’d definitely come back here

Belle surprise
Pros:

Très bien placé pour visiter Tokyo (proximité avec la gare de Shinjuku est un vrai plus).
Très calme.
La procédure de check in est efficace.
Logement propre, bien équipé et conforme à l'annonce.
Attention cependant, la chambre est petite donc ce logement n'est pas adapté pour autre chose que dormir/se laver !
