Habitación pequeña, pero muy limpia y con baño privado
Pros:

Bien situado. Por cada habitación (cama) hay un baño. Estaba muy limpio. Cama cómoda. Está bien si vas solamente a dormir. Nosotros esa noche la pasamos sin problemas.

Cons:

Mal aislado, oyes a los de arriba, abajo, a los lados… Es muy pequeño pero eso lo especifica tal cual. La cama era cómoda pero el edredón era muy pequeño (como de una cama de 90cm para un colchón de 135…) uno de los dos se quedaba casi sin tapar.

Locker vor Ort.
Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden.
Auf Nachfrage bekommt man eine zweite Decke, damit man sich diese nicht teilen muss.

Cons:

Das Bett ist für zwei Erwachsene relativ klein (1,40m breit).
Keine Sitzgelegenheit für alle (3 Gäste) zusammen.
Insgesamt aber vor allem der Eingangsbereich sehr beengt.
Statt der zweiten Dusche wäre ein größerer Gemeinschaftsbereich angenehmer.

Cramped reasonably priced room near Higashi Shinjuku station.
Pros:

The location of the "hotel" was excellent, being very near Higashi Shinjuku subway station. It was also near some good restaurants.

Cons:

The room was small and cramped and though it was sold as a 3 person room, it should only be marketed as a 3 person room if two of those persons are a couple with a child or one parent with two pre-teen children. The "double bed" is not even an American sized double bed, let alone a queen.

Lage und einfaches check-in

Cons:

Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer sehr kalt. Doppelbett für zwei europäische Personen grenzwertig, nur eine Decke war zumindest für uns definitiv zu wenig.
Keine Zahnpasta.

Pros:

The location is excellent. It’s near at the train stations and bus stops. Also near restaurants and groceries.

Great Shinjuku accommodations!
Pros:

The location is excellent, amenities like patio, lil kitchen, and laundry are all super appreciated in Tokyo

Cons:

Only criticism is that the comforter needs to be bigger to properly cover 2x people sleeping together in a bed
