Bon emplacement et calme
Pros:

Rapidité du Check in et facilité pour récupérer la chambre. Les chambres petites mais fonctionnelles avec deux salles de bain et deux wc, le frigo est un plus non négligeable.

Cons:

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour le dépose valise mais pas assez nombreux et déjà tout utilisé au moment de partir.

다만 방이 작아서 캐리어 정리하기 힘들었고, 더블침대라고 하기엔 거의 붙어서 자야합니다. 2인으로 각방으로 쓰시는걸 추천드립니다. 4인은 어린이 2인 아니면 어려워요

A great, low-interaction hotel in a convenient location.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, just around the corner from train station exit. There were multiple conbinis located nearby. The hotel itself is quiet, with all the basic necessities, including a few coin washers and dryers. Great value for money.

Cons:

Like many hotels in Tokyo, the rooms are fairly small, so something to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage. We were unfortunate to get the only room on the second floor with a large section of the entrance taken up by an external cupboard, so that did make the room feel much more cramped - unsure if the other rooms felt the same.

Buena ubicación pero pasé una mala estancia

El check in es tardado tienes que rellenar el cuestionario de información para cada uno de los integrantes de la familia, tomar foto de su pasaporte y que cada miembro se tome una foto con el iPad que está entrando al hotel ya que el check in es por medio de una tableta no hay recepción.

El pequeño apartamento es lindo pero las camas son muy pequeñas para dos personas, solo dan 1 cobija que también es individual.

La señora dé housekeeping nos abrió la puerta del apartamento a las 10:03 para decirnos que ya nos teníamos que ir. Lo cual entiendo que estábamos de retraso por 3 minutos pero que te abran la puerta fue molesto, pudo haber tocado la puerta y decirnos lo mismo sin abrir la puerta de golpe.

Hay una zona de lavado donde dice que el horario es de 8h a 22h pero están las toallas y todo lo de housekeeping para las habitaciones y si usas una lavadora o secadora el personal te hace sentir incómodo.

Considero que deberían de separar la zona de lavado para el hotel y para los huéspedes así se evitaría que el personal se moleste con los huéspedes

역과 가깝지만 고민해봐야 할 숙소
Pros:

신주쿠 역에서 가까운 거리이며, 주변 길목에 편의점과 역 입구가 있어 이용하기 편리합니다.
1층에 코인 세탁기, 건조기가 있어서 필요 시 세탁까지 하기에 편해요.
화장실이 2개가 있어 씻기 편리합니다.

Cons:

1. 매우 비좁은 방
24인치 캐리어도 방안에서 펼치기 힘듭니다. 최대 4명까지 묵을 수 있는 숙소이지만 침대는 더블보다 작고 둘이 누워서 잠들기 힘들어요. 커플분들만 가능할듯합니다. 복도도 좁고 어디 앉아있을만한 공간도 없어서 4명이 묵게 된다면 짐정리하고 모여서 얘기하기가 매우 힘들거에요.

2. 청소상태 불량
화장실 쓰레기통 청소가 안되어 있어 앞 숙박객 생리대랑 콘돔 그대로 볼 수 있었음
아파트 입구 현관 앞에 바퀴벌레 사체 있음

3. 와이파이 매우 느림.
한 건물에 여러 멤버들이 숙박하는 구조인데 와이파이 잡히는게 하나밖에 없음. 건물 전체 공용 와이파이 1개만 개방중이라 항상 속도가 매우 느림. 숙박객이 다 돌아오는 저녁 시간 이후에는 카톡으로 사진 하나 보내기도 벅참

4. 연락하기 힘든 호스트
직접 연락할 수 있는 창구는 메일밖에 없으나 수건 개수, 수건이 부족하면 어떻게 문의하면 되는지 등등 숙소 이용 전 문의사항등 메일로 보냈지만 답장이 없음. 다행히 이번 여행에서 특별하게 호스트한테 요청할 게 없어서 큰 문제는 없었지만, 숙박중에 문제 발생시 조치가 매우 어려울 것이라고 생각함(그 전 이용객들도 비슷한 리뷰 많음)

5. 체크인 시간 또는 숙박일 변경 아무리 미리 예약해도 변경하기 매우 어려움. 정말 반드시 예약전에 모든 일정계획 확실히 하고 예약하길 바람

Habitación pequeña, pero muy limpia y con baño privado
Pros:

Bien situado. Por cada habitación (cama) hay un baño. Estaba muy limpio. Cama cómoda. Está bien si vas solamente a dormir. Nosotros esa noche la pasamos sin problemas.

Cons:

Mal aislado, oyes a los de arriba, abajo, a los lados… Es muy pequeño pero eso lo especifica tal cual. La cama era cómoda pero el edredón era muy pequeño (como de una cama de 90cm para un colchón de 135…) uno de los dos se quedaba casi sin tapar.

Locker vor Ort.
Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden.
Auf Nachfrage bekommt man eine zweite Decke, damit man sich diese nicht teilen muss.

Cons:

Das Bett ist für zwei Erwachsene relativ klein (1,40m breit).
Keine Sitzgelegenheit für alle (3 Gäste) zusammen.
Insgesamt aber vor allem der Eingangsbereich sehr beengt.
Statt der zweiten Dusche wäre ein größerer Gemeinschaftsbereich angenehmer.

Cramped reasonably priced room near Higashi Shinjuku station.
Pros:

The location of the "hotel" was excellent, being very near Higashi Shinjuku subway station. It was also near some good restaurants.

Cons:

The room was small and cramped and though it was sold as a 3 person room, it should only be marketed as a 3 person room if two of those persons are a couple with a child or one parent with two pre-teen children. The "double bed" is not even an American sized double bed, let alone a queen.
