La struttura è nuova e ubicata in una via defilata e tranquilla. Lavatrice e asciugatrice top

Cons:

Purtroppo il letto che dovrebbe essere matrimoniale è troppo piccolo ..purtroppo abbiamo dormito male. Va venduta come doppia massimo a coppia con figlio molto piccolo non adatta a coppia con adolescente… spazi piccoli al limite del soffocante. Mai cambio asciugamani in 5 giorni ..mah !! In una Tokyo così calda almeno ogni tre gg vanno cambiati!

Excellent location, but an unresolved maintenance issue made the stay disappointing.

The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms leaked throughout our stay, dripping directly onto the bed and leaving the mattress damp. I reported it early in the stay, but it was never inspected or resolved, which significantly affected our comfort.

Чистый современный отель. Регистрация только через планшет на ресепшене. Не сложно,но чуть времени требует. Номер чистый и аккуратный.Рядом с автовокзалом.

This is a good location & good property for staying in Shinjuku
Pros:

Good location, 2 bedroom & 2 washrooms & 2 bathrooms

Cons:

No plates/ dishes & cutlery provided. No room cleaning was done during our 5 night stay.

No guidance for where to throw the garbage.

Pros:

It's close to subway station, a 10-15min walk from Godzilla in Shinjuku .. not a bad after dinner walk with family. Easy check in/out. Quiet neighbourhood

Cons:

Really small rooms but that was the expectation going in. The A/C unit had a moldy smell air blowing out, contacted local staff and was told to blast cold air for a day but still the smell didn't really go away during our stay... may be it was just our room. Had to live through that for 2 nights.
