The place was beautiful ... Staff was extremely nice and helpful . Food in the Resturant was EXCEPTIONAL.as was their staff ..We will assuredly stay there again on our next trip to Huntsville
Loved everything about it the decor, the staff and of course the bar and restaurant.
The only complaint was the bed was an uncomfortable.
The cleaning of everything was good and had a breakfast and bar also

Sheets, pillows and mattress was not comfortable
Staff was gracious, accommodations very clean.
Basic language. Bed to firm, no Luxury to the sleep. Pillows so thin weight of head compacts the pillow thin as a sheet.
Breakfast, not sure who invented the menu, start again. Try your own food as a guest would experience. We almost departed before eating, wish we had left.
Minor issue, tea, not coffee should be in bags and stepped in a cup.
There was no pool, valet only parking and the room was very small, it was new years and the extremely limited menu had a wedge salad and that’s it as far as vegetarian options It also has extremely thin walls and u can hear every word someone is saying in their rooms. U could hear everything, every door shut and every word spoken in other rooms. The heat halfway worked and the toilet wouldn’t flush The amount it cost was not at all worth it to me and I deeply regret wasting my holiday there Very stuffy pretentious place that’s only busy because pretentious people go there because it’s expensive and they suck as did the hotel and my experience there.

Location was great. Everyone connected to the hotel were professional, helpful, and friendly.
With it being Thanksgiving the restaurant’s were closed. We arrived around 11:00 and wasn’t expected at my family’s home until 4:00. So we thought we could get something to eat at the hotel. The only thing you had were chips and candy, so needless to say that was a bomber. The bathroom floors could have been a little cleaner.
Cleanliness
For the cost per night, it did not meet my expectations. Maybe I am too much of a hotel snob but it was just average to me. We also paid $29 for valet parking and no one was available to park our vehicle even though we arrived before the service was scheduled to close.
Amazing service, definitely coming back!
